Villa familiale provencale, tres jolie vue mer, 6 chambres dont un studio independant, 4 salles de douche, pouvant recevoir jusqu'a 14 personnes (10 adultes et 4 enfants)

Grande piscine chauffée, terrasse ensoleillée, grand jardin, 2 barbecues (gaz et électrique), air con dans toutes les chambres, cuisine entièrement équipée (2 frigos/ congelateur, machine nespresso, four, etc).

Situé dans un quartier paisible à 1.5 km de la plage, des commerces et du port de San Peire.

6 chambres a coucher avec air conditionne dans toutes les chambres.
- 3 chambres au premier etage avec des lits doubles et une salle de douche a partager.
- 2 grandes chambres au rez de chaussee dont une chambre avec une spacieuse salle de bain en-suite et une deuxieme chambre d'enfants avec 2 lits superposes pour 4 enfants (et une salle de douche)
- 1 chambre studio independant avec une salle de bain, chambre a coucher (lit double) et un petit salon avec un canape lit et bureau. Prevu pour 2 adultes mais peut loger 2 adultes et 1-2 enfants si besoin (sur le canape lit ou lit bebe).

Un lit parapluie bebe est disponible dans la maison.
