Dear guest you do not realize that we are a B&B (not an airbnb that still did not exist when La Voliera started working) and rightly then you judge La Voliera according to the fact that you wanted a hotel. With the online systems existing today it is really very difficult to confuse a hotel with a B&B also because my friend the prices are very very different. And of course you didn't know, even if we warn all our guests before arrival, that breakfast in Rome can only be in single-dose and packaged products because the legislation says so. Simone Buratti

Dear Jasmine, we are very sorry for the inconvenient and the missunderstanding but on the web site where you have booked it's written clearly what we are : a family B&B and not a Hotel, and the ordinary B&B in Rome concerns just in rooms inside private apartments in a very cheap accomodation. We don't have the authorization to have a sign outside in the street like a hotel. For this reason we send to our guests the exact indications and instructions where they need to go at the arrival. About the hot water we are here every day to assist our guests but if we don't know if they have a problem we can't help them: i know your situation only now reading here.
