Nice staff, very helpful that they try to speak in English. But parking is atrocious around 3-7 PM, the hotel is extremely dated (how does any hotel not have USB chargers for guests in this day and age?), terribly old beds, and in a very noisy area right next to apartment complexes. Plus, they offer a “deal” with the local diner next door that allows you to pay for your dinner at the hotel and take the voucher to the restaurant for your meal. It’s supposed to help make it easier on guests. But the restaurant staff seem to have no clue how it works and give you less food than you actually paid for. Food was actually good, but paid for three courses and a drink and got a pizza and a soda that would’ve cost 10 Euro less if I’d just ordered it directly at the red. If you don’t speak Italian so you can protest, it basically becomes a tourist scam.

Struttura non proprio nuova con alcuni aspetti da rivedere ma il personale è assolutamente gentile e disponibile e ben compensa alcune carenze strutturali. Non manca nulla x un soggiorno confortevole e pur non avendo all'interno un ristorante e altri servizi come la palestra, questi sono disponibili a 50 metri. Non ho avuto modo di provare la palestra, ma il ristorante offre piatti tradizionali e pizza e anche qui personale gentile e accogliente. Se capiterà ci ritornerò.

L'hotel risulta ideale per visitare i dintorni molto prossimi che però non sono ROMA. Ottimo per il Golf MarcoSimone e per l'aeroporto di Guidonia. La struttura è soddisfacente anche se la climatizzazione un po' rumorosa. Buona colazione dolce e salata ma sarebbero auspicabili cornetti freschi e miglior qualità degli affettati. Ottimo comunque il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Colazione molto buona. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Posizione ottima: vicino al GRA ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos.

Accettabile
Posizione ottima per raggiungere la mia destinazione. La colazione non è eccellente e internet è praticamente inutilizzabile. In compenso alcuni canali SKY erano visibili gratuitamente e il distributore di bevande free e calde ha dei prezzi ottimi (50cl di acqua minerale 50 centesimi)
