快適

清潔で快適な宿でした。従業員も親切です。バス・トイレは共同ですが、こちらも清潔。共同といっても、部屋数が少ないこともあり特に気にはなりませんでした。空港からのバチカン行きSIT社のバスを降りると目の前がホテルです。ただ、看板など出ておらず入り口が少しわかりづらいです。建物の木製のドアの横に各部屋のインターホンがあるのでB&B ANNETTE と書かれている呼び鈴ボタンを押すとドアを開けてくれます。帰りの空港行きバスはカブール広場側に1～2分歩いたころに乗り場があります。ローマでの乗り継ぎ時に利用しましたが、空港からバスで一本ですし近辺の観光もできて、値段が高めの空港近くのホテルに泊まるよりも良い選択でした。

room size

The owner was very friendly. The location of the accomodation is good for sightseeing especially to Vatican. Our issue was about the size of the room. It was written that our room has 60m2 with kitchen and external bath. However actually the kitchen was in common area and our room was only around 20m2, so I always had to tell kids to be very quiet in order not to disturb other guests.

The Place was at a very convincing area.close to many tourist attraction, supermarkets and restaurants and most important to airport shuttle bus. Gabriella was very friendly and nice and gave us a lot useful information.I highly recommend this place.

Familiäres B&B mit 3 Zimmern. Gastgeberin sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste und kontaktfreudig. Lage des Hotels hervorragend,in wenigen Gehminuten bei Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten das Zimmer zum Hinterhof, somit äusserst ruhig.

Gabriela, the host, was very inviting and helpful in pointing out the best ways to spend our time in Rome. We had two children with us who were both greeted daily with a happy face at breakfast. The location of the B&B was perfect for the Vatican an Castel St Angelo. I couldn’t be happier with this as a property.

Foi uma estadia excelente. A Gabriela foi sensacional, nos ajudou muito. Muito simpática, atenciosa, ela faz a diferença. O B&B é muito bom. Quartos muito espaçosos, banheiro muito bom, limpo, organizado. Ótima localização, com um ponto de parada do bus shuttle em frente a porta. Muito seguro para andar a qualquer hora do dia. Bons restaurantes e locias de compra no entorno.

Simple B&B in great location.

A fantastic, friendly, affordable b&b right near the Vatican, and with plenty of restaurants and shops around. While the accommodations are simple, it has everything you need for your stay in Rome. Gabriela, the host, is friendly, helpful, and very nice. Note that there may be some accessibility issues for those with physical limitations. Several small stairways, and I did not notice as elevator.

Highly reccomend it

Highly recommend it! Gabriela is an excellent host. Room is great, bed super comfortable. Private bathroom is outside the room (4 steps away). Breakfast is continental. Near the Vatican, 10 minutes walk to metro station. Lots of shopping and restaurants. You definitely feel at home.

1 problème à l’arrivee : Expedia n’avait apparemment pas réservé la chambre avec salle d’eau - toilette intégrée à l’intérieur que j’avais bien précisé avec votre collaborateur et d’ailleurs écrit dans votre document de confirmation. Malgré cela le loueur a bien réagi en acceptant de me la céder. Séjour parfait chez ce loueur.

Our stay at the Annette B&B

It was awesome! Gabriela was super helpful. She was able to help us get a transfer from the airport to the place and also a transfer back. (It was more easier for us since we had a baby with us). Lots of yummy food places nearby, walking distance to the Vatican. We loved our stay in Roma. Plus the breakfast was also a plus. Great place! Mahalo.

Solides Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip in Rom

Wir blieben drei Nächte im Annette B&B um uns Rom anzusehen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und war damit top gelegen für unsere Zwecke. Unser Zimmer befand sich allerdings direkt zur Straße, daher gab es kein wirkliches Fenster (es gab eines, es war jedoch nicht wirklich zu öffnen, daher war das Zimmer stets recht dunkel) und es war ziemlich laut (was aber noch auszuhalten war). Zimmer und Bad schienen soweit sauber, Möbel, Handtücher und Gegenstände jedoch ziemlich veraltet und schon in recht ordentlich gebrauchtem Zustand. Aufgrund dessen und des geringen Tageslichts wirkte das Zimmer daher nicht sehr einladend (natürlich ist man bei einem Städtetrip die meiste Zeit unterwegs, daher war das zu verkraften, nach einem langen Sighseeing-Tag konnten wir in dem Zimmer allerdings nicht sehr gut entspannen). Im Rahmen von drei Nächten war jedoch auch das verkraftbar. Beim Frühstück gibt es das Mindeste (Kaffee, Saft, zwei Scheiben Toastbrot, verpackter Chester-Käse und Cervelat-Wurst, Marmelade, ein Croissant oder ähnliches, und auf Nachfrage ein Ei), auch das wirkt nicht besonders appetitlich in der kleinen Küche. Wäre es nicht im Preis inklusive gewesen, hätten wir sicher gänzlich darauf verzichtet. Wirklich positiv war das Hotelteam (Gabriela und Massimo) und der Service des Teams; sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und informativ.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt in meinem B & B. Es tut mir leid für das Fenster. die äußere Seranda muss in die Wand geschoben werden und öffnet sich, es tut mir leid, dass du niemanden hast. Das Fenster ist sehr groß und öffnet so viel Licht. Danke nochmal! Gabriela

Close to tourist attractions

Good experience. Gabriella is a really nice lady, trying to feel us comfortable. My room was facing the street and the traffic was heavy. A little noisy.

très agréable séjour dans cette ville riche en histoire hôtel très bien situé proche des sites touristiques notre hôte Graziela est très agréable et prévenante toujours à vous donner la moindre information pratique chambre confortable mais placée trop proche de la rue donc un peu bruyante à notre gout petit déjeuner bon et largement suffisant pour prendre des forces avant de visiter Rome à pied En résumé hôtel à recommander et pour nous agréable séjour

Hôtel accueillant et convivial

Très bon séjour chez Annette! L’hote est très gentille et disponible, elle fait tout pour que l’on se sente bien. La position de l’hôtel est idéale non seulement pour l’aller et le retour à l’aeroport ( arrêt juste devant la porte), mais également pour se rendre au Vatican et aux autres monuments ! Je le recommande grandement :)

Ho trascorso un weekend lungo a Roma e soggiornato presso Annette B&B. Struttura accogliente, molto familiare e a due passi da Castel S.Angelo e il Vaticano. La proprietaria è molto gentile e amichevole e ti da subito l'impressione di stare in una famiglia. Dispensa consigli ed è sempre disponibile per eventuali richieste/domande/problemi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

주인이 아주 친절했습니다! 간식 제공이 다양해서 감사했습니다! 4인실인데 한 침대는 미니 보조침대이고 튼튼하지 않았습니다. 욕실이 따로 있어서 아주 좋았지만 욕실용 슬리퍼가 없고, 구조가 조금 불편했습니다. 가스레인지 사용법이 어려웠는데 밤이라 물어볼 사람이 없었습니다. 방음이 약했습니다.

I'm sorry but the B & B is not a hotel that furnishes customers with slippers and even the use of the cooking machine is not provided. Only for breakfast. I want to clarify this only, the morning of your departure you were in the kitchen to prepare breakfast from 3 to 5 am disturbing other customers. So the cooking machine was also used without permission. I remain very bad when in my presence the customer is all happy and asks nothing and then writes here. Muy buen trato y una situación magnífica

Enseguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para acordar la llegada y todo han sido facilidades. Graciela es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. La situación del alojamiento es magnífica. Tiene tres habitaciones de buen tamaño, muy agradables y muy limpias. Solo una de ellas tiene el cuarto de baño dentro, pero aunque la otras dos lo tienen fuera, no se comparten. El desayuno es suficiente. Una opción muy recomendable

Super B and B

Excellent bed and breakfast in the center of Rome. Gabriela was the perfect hostess and made us feel very welcome. Good selection of food for breakfast (Fresh croissants, toast, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, cheese and cold meats.) The location was central and we walked everywhere. We will definitely stay here again for our next stay in Rome.

Feeling of home

Vatican sightseer's Value

The Annette is a B&B in an older Rome building just outside the boundaries of the Vatican. If you are looking to do Vatican Museums (9 min walk), St. Peter's Square (6 min walk), or just savor the older part of Rome, this is excellent. Good value.
