"It was a great location for easy access to groceries, gas, and the highway. There was a bit of confusion with the check in process as the owner initially gave us entry instructions for the wrong apartment. The owner was responsive and apologetic and it all worked out. I can't give more than an average rating though mostly because of overall cleanliness that was lacking and some things in the unit needing repair - broken towel bar, toilet running slow and needing the plunger a few times. We were disappointed to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty walls,stained couches indoors, and the outdoor surroundings littered with trash. The bed linens were clean though, and the beds comfortable. On a positive note, we did appreciate that the unit was quiet and the price was affordable. Just beware, you get what you pay for."

"really great place - quiet neighborhood (weekend nights can be bothersome with noisy vehicles on Tiny Town Road). the backyard is large and inviting. The house is homey and comfortable – will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here after flying into Nashville from Portland, OR. It was a very nice place to get some rest before heading to Hot Springs, Arkansas. The fenced backyard was perfect for the dog. The location was good, there were some fun games and it was very clean and well stocked."
