The hotel quality itself was fine. However, the service level was very poor, especially for a supposedly 4 star hotel. When my colleague and I first checked in, the AC in the room I was given did not work. I had to find the housekeeping team, who helped me to swap rooms (without much support from the receptionist/hotel staff.) The hotel told us that we had rooms through June 5, but on June 1st they told us that we had to check out on the 2nd. The man who checked us in had made an error in the system and only booked our rooms through June 2nd. The hotel was full at that point, so we had to find another hotel for the night of June 2nd and then checked back into the Atlantic on the 3rd. It was a huge inconvenience, and the man who made the error refused to even apologize for his mistake, even once he finally admitted that it was his mistake. Another lady who worked for the hotel did help us to find an alternate hotel for the night we were moved out of the Atlantic, however. This all happened the day we had a huge all day meeting, and was a massive inconvenience to myself and my colleague. The entire booking system was mis-run, and the staff were not too professional about it all.
