The property was ok at first, obviously it was a student house as all rooms had locks and numbers on the doors and desks. But the smell of oil was intolerable. Every day we went out sightseeing and didn't come back until late as we could not stay in the house as the smell made all of us queasy. The host said to ventilate it well and that the boiler was the cause. We even tried sleeping in the car one night, not good so went back in and opened all the windows to try and get some sleep. The host did not communicate over the weekend so we complained to Verbo and Expedia and asked for a refund or some discount. But enough was enough so we left the property early and had to find somewhere else to stay and at more cost to us. The host knew about the smell and didn't do anything at all. This property shouldn't be on a holiday website, Don't touch it if you see it especially if you have children as it's not good for your health. Please check the reviews before you do anything if your looking for a holiday in Quimper. Very disappointed are not the words for it.
