terrible, te cobran 1160 pesos o 50dls por meter atu mascota ; y eso no lo expecifica en ningun lado hasta que llegas con tu perrito a recepcion.

El piso de la regadera estaba sucio, al igual que el tapete del baño. El papel tapiz del cuarto igual sucio y partes despegadas.

I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave us 1 bed and 1 sofa, which was a super uncomfortable sofa

Service at the bar and at the restaurant can use improvement, at the bar the person has no idea on how to pour a beer and at the restaurant I had to stand up and get to the person at the machine in order to get the check, I come back after last time power went out over the night and did not came back. I do not think I will come back soon
Nice hotel close to Juriquilla. I reserved 3 rooms with one king size bed and a double sofa (the photo shown when reserving the room showed one king size bed and the double sofa in a different room - when I checked in they told me this was actually a suite which was not available). Only one of the rooms had the double sofa bed ready for sleeping - the other rooms didn't have sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, we had to ask for them at the reception). The food and service at the buffet breakfast were excellent.

They don't supply hot water late evening time frame. I attempted to shower at night and had to make it a short shower as there was little to no hot water. I accepted the issue the 1st night as there was an earlier power outage that day. but on day 2 - the same thing happened. I checked the water temp in the morning via the sink faucet and there was hot water. I give the staff an A for preparing breakfast without any electricity.

Great hotel, has great room amenities, spacious, at good location, near Antea Lifestyle Center Mall, great shopping nearby, and also delicious local food.
