The villa is arranged over two levels and offers spacious, comfortable interiors combined with pleasant outdoor living areas overlooking Positano.
The ground floor features two bright and welcoming living rooms, both furnished with comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing at any time of day; one of them is also equipped with a smart TV. The dining area, with its large table, is perfect for enjoying meals together and is conveniently located next to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also a bathroom with shower and bidet, easily accessible from the common areas.
The highlight of the property is the outdoor area, which includes a furnished dining space and a small private plunge pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in total privacy.
The upper floor hosts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering space and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms located on the upper floor, served by two bathrooms, both featuring a shower and bidet:
• Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, air conditioning, with view and Bathroom 1 featuring bathtub, shower and bidet;
• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and Bathroom 2 featuring shower and bidet;
• Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, air conditioning, with view;
• Bedroom 4: queen-size bed, air conditioning, with view and direct access to the terrace.
The villa also features three panoramic terraces, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing on comfortable sun loungers, and enjoying stunning views over Positano.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Positano, just a short walk from the town centre, which can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Positano’s main beach, Spiaggia Grande, as well as the beach of Fornillo, can be reached with a short additional walk. Local shops and public transportation are conveniently nearby.

- Parking
Please note that there is no on-site parking at the property, which is common for most private homes in Positano. Nearby paid parking options are available, and we are happy to assist guests with information and support regarding the closest facilities.
- Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, including traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Guests can smoke only in the outdoor areas.
- Children
For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially when using the outdoor areas and the plunge pool.
- Access to the villa
Please note that the villa is accessed via approximately 75 steps ascending from street level.
- Transportation
Public transportation is readily available, providing a convenient way to get around Positano. Taxi services are also available.
