Me cobraram a conta de luz e barata na toalha

Ao fazer check in fui informado sobre a “possibilidade” de cobrança de adicional por consumo “abusivo” de energia elétrica. Usei o ar condicionado somente no primeiro de 3 dias e paguei (tenho comprovante) R$ 10,00 adicionais. No sábado encontrei uma barata enorme na minha toalha no banheiro. Fora os pernilongos que me marcaram as costas e pernas. Não havia serviço de quarto mas na porta do apartamentos pelo lado de dentro tinha uma lista com o preço de cada utensílio do apartamentos caso fossem danificados ou furtados. Na minha opinião no mínimo deselegante tratar o hóspede como potencial criminoso. A recepção foi cortes comigo todos os dias. Havia também um gotejamento do aparelho ar condicionado que caia e fazia um barulho incômodo ao bater sobre o aparelho do apartamento que ocupei. O frigobar estava desligado (acredito que pela cobrança da energia elétrica).

Asqueroso hotel

Horrible realice mi reserva y el encargado del turno nos dijo que no habia ninguna reserva siendo que tenia el numero de reserva y nos saco del hotel con mi madre y dos niñas pequeñas sin darnos una solucion y diciendo que hoteles.com eran los encargados de solucionar .. estabamos en brasil y somos chilenas y no teniamos como comunicarnos con hoteles por que no funcionaban nuestros celulares. el hotel en si no nos ayudo ni se puso en nuestro lugar .. tuvimos que salir del hotel con maletas caninar por brasil con dos niñas sin conocer el pais buscando un hotel donde quedarnos y al final de igual manera nos estan cobrando la estadiaaa . Son unos SIN VERGUENZA . No es recomendable de mi parte

Não fiquei satisfeita com o atendimento. Fiz reserva para seis pessoas e só tivemos lugar para 3. Os demais tiveram que procurar outro estabelecimento depois de estar no local reservado. As pessoas são despreparadas para receber hóspedes fora do horário, havia lá apenas um vigia pós 18h, o qual não tinha poder de resolver problemas.

Limpo e bem localizado

Ótima estada; funcionários prestativos; ambiente familiar. O hotel é antigo, porém muito limpo. Os quartos oferecem estrutura para refeições rápidas (frigobar, microondas, talheres) e há uma cozinha no térreo.
