This terrific property features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and a bidet. You'll also enjoy a cozy backyard with a fire pit, cornhole, and ping pong to keep you entertained. The home is in close proximity to lots of great dining options, Mayo Clinic, shopping destinations like Desert Ridge, City North, Scottsdale Quarter, & Kierland. Golf enthusiasts are minutes away from the TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk Golf Club, JW Marriott, & several other world-class golf courses.
