Cambodia in itself is a country I would never ever consider returning to. The surrounding area feels super unsafe and thus I was holed up in my hotel for the entire stay. The room does not even have a telephone so room service could not be ordered. A fish and chips with beer at the hotel cost $45, far more than any developed country in the world. To make matters worse, despite having paid for my stay via Expedia with AUD, the hotel proceeded to charge me again on arrival but in USD instead of AUD. Was another headache to solve which I personally had to explain and help resolve and no one could work out why I was double charged. The staff member thanked me for the training which is totally absurd. Otherwise, the hotel and country itself should be totally avoided as everything is super expensive for a third world country. Never again!

amazingly nice hotel, unfortunatley some flaws. bathroom is open so the sunlight gets into the room, no way to lock the light out. aircon works only until about 23 or 24° max. besides that an exceptional place!

Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel, serviceable staff. Good food. Our only complaint is with the massage we ordered. We asked for 90 minutes, but the ladies arrived at 13:05 hr and took 10 minutes to set up the tables. At 14:15 hr they left. To the excuse of the hotel, they deal with an off-site spa and they aren't in control. We complained to the reception but they check with the spa and were told that we did get the full 90 minutes.

2nd wonderful visit & won’t be our last!
Fabulous hotel! We stayed here 2 years ago and returned as we were so impressed. Standards are just as high. Lovely, clean, modern rooms with everything required for your stay, including use of a local phone. The restaurant is equally wonderful (with an in house bakery) as are the staff who could not be more helpful. They helped locate the port we needed for our boat, as well as setting prices with Tuk tuks for us. We were not disappointed and will return again!

Great boutique hotel

Well-located boutique hotel
The staff here is amazing, they are so friendly and accommodating. Immediately when we arrived we were upgraded, which was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel is centrally located. We had 24 hours in Phnom Penh and were able to walk to essentially every sight in the city in our one day. Although we’d checked out in the morning, the staff let us use an open room to shower and freshen up before our flight at the end of the day- this was so generous and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot!

Best Boutique Hotel
Excellent service,very friendly and eager to please. Fast check-in and they upgraded us to a mini-suite, which was very spacious. It is a quiet boutique hotel (just 12 rooms) in the diplomatic neighborhood, former a French embassy, according to the manager. L'Occitaine toiletries and free mini bar (water and beer). The attached French restaurant and bakery were excellent and unlimited breakfast was included in our room rate. Wine and cheese and cold cuts buffet every Tuesday & Thursday evening is a huge attraction for locals so reservations are recommended. Overall a truly enjoyable experience. Our new favorite hotel in Phnom Penh.

Wonderful location! and Great hotel!

We had a lovely stay here. Breakfast was exquisite every morning - do not miss it! The area was very centrally located and convenient to everything. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us find bookings and calling rides. We'd love to come back again!

A hotel with a difference
A very welcoming small hotel with staff who want to provide an exceptionally high level of care. We had a city grande and a city petite - the former was huge with an extended bathroom area and the former larger than some standard hotel rooms. Included breakfast is to order in the restaurant, as opposed to buffet style which means everything is freshly made and prepared (albeit it nearly caught us out as we were rushing to catch our tour!). The hotel runs a French bakery next door and the croissants and breads were delicious. We also ate dinner one night in the restaurant and the quality of meat was exceptional and extremely well cooked. Be sure to book though as it very popular and was full the night we arrived. My only complaints really were that the air conditioning seemed either to be very cold or not at all - it didn't respond to the thermostat control and wi-fi was slow and intermittent.

After a long 21 hour flight we really needed a clean, comfortable hotel to relax in and serve as "home base" for the two days we stayed in Phnom Penh. This hotel checked all of the boxes - the staff went out of their way to help, whether it be to find a restaurant, tour guide or even print and scan a document for work. Phnom Penh is a great city to explore and if we come back, we will happily come back to this hotel.

部屋は最高！
ホテルの設備としては部屋も広くて清潔だし、とても広い浴槽で快適でしたがスタッフの対応は悪くは無いですがイージーというか、普通は当たり前のWi-Fiについての説明が無かった。それとマッサージを頼んだのですが、外部のマッサージ店に出張マッサージを依頼するようで10分後に来ると連絡ありましたが来たのは40分以上経ってから。時間が無かったのでキャンセルしました。日本と時間の感覚違うから仕方ないのかもしれませんが！

お部屋もお風呂もかなり広々としたつくりでした。 清潔感もあり、プノンペン市内の喧騒、観光に疲れましたが、お部屋に随分癒されました。 朝ごはんは最高にリッチで、すこぶる美味しい。 お部屋の中のバーも無理で楽しめます。 レストラン内のベーカリーとスィーツも地元で評判のようで、お客さんがひっきりなしに訪れていました。

安心して泊まれます
周辺は官庁街で治安は良さそうです。併設のレストランにはいつも高級車が沢山とまっていました。 ホテルスタッフは英語が堪能できちんとした対応でした。 朝食はレストランの朝食メニューから好きなものを注文します。一つ一つ作ってくれますので少々時間かかりますがとても美味しかった。カンボジア料理も３品ありました。ベーカリーのパンもレベルが高く驚きました。
