Great central location

Great place to easily walk to many things, especially UPenn. But it is a noisy street and lots of nighttime noise.

Reservation Cancelled By Host!! No refund.No contact.

2 hours before check in the host called to say that there was a "Plumbing Problem" at the property. Offered a hotel room instead. I requested a refund, yet I have not heard from him since and see the 517.00 charge on my credit card!!
