Excellent stay! This property made our first trip to Thailand wonderful. Our room was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and came with large varieties from Thai cuisine to Western options. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will come back soon!

This was a very nice stay. I had the villa which was amazing, breakfast was nice and being able to stay in the lounge room was awesome even tho we had to checkout.

The hotel is on a cliff so you better be in shape to walk to your room but the hotel has a shuttle if you are not lol The property is well kept And the staff is wonderful The local beaches around are beautiful especially when the sun sets located directly across the hotel Also Plenty of restaurants across and around the hotel Patong beach is 5-10 min walk and Bangala rd walking street is only 200 TBHT a bit over 5 USD to the. Night life and malls. Overall the hotel is located in a quiet place but not far from all the action

The property was beautiful. Loved the shuttles that pick you up and drop you off if you’re staying at the villas on top. The breakfast was delicious and it’s close to patong beach and about at 20 minute walk to bangla road. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

I give it a 3.5stars for not being more modern. No power or usb near bed. Old style. Room is good size and ac was good. Convenient to downtown patong.

I booked a room with 3 beds but when I got there they were giving me a very small room with beds and a sofa instead, I didn’t appreciate that, but everything else was very good.

Location is decent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Patong beach but it makes up with a more affordable price for a 5 star hotel.

Good location, facilities, and great staff. We were granted a room upgrade, more spacious, that was excellent. But the room was very dark and felt outdated. Only one bottle of water per person, a drinking water dispenser would have been appreciated. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

The hotel was great, staff were amazing, there were 2 pool options and amazing breakfast variety. The room was spacious and clean, the only minus is the old school shower facing the toilet with a shower curtain. I would recommend Diamond cliff for anyone wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle but close enough by tuk tuk if you want to go to the city centre, all over a really pleaseant stay

とても充実したステイになりました。ホテルの方々も優しく、子連れ家族でも暖かく対応していただきました。 一方丘の上にあるので、やはり道案内がないと無駄に歩くだけで付けれてしまいます。また、清掃が行き届いているかどうかはチップの金額の多寡によるのかなと思いますが、怠慢にも見えるので少しマイナス。立地は申し分なし！

We go to puket once a year and can say this resort location is great just 2min drive to main street or 10min walk.Just outside hassle of main town in Patong. Nice sea breeze quiet. Top service and would definitely stay there again.

location was fantastic and room cleanness was the worst no one clean the room on daily basis and even after tell to the reception no one take any actions. Quite disappointed with that particular part. Too many mosquitoes in the room and keep requesting to the staff that please spray in regular bases but staff doesn't care about that. Food quality was good but customer service was very poor as after order you have to keep remind them about the order as it took so long time to get the food in the plate. We stayed at Diamond Cliff for a week and it was perfect- the expansive grounds and facilities are beautiful and we had everything we needed and more- the gym, the two main pool areas and restaurants are excellent, and the staff service was exceptional. We were handy enough to the main streets of Patong, but could step away from the busyness each day and relax at the resort when needed. Highly highly recommend!

Nice resort on a cliff. The location is a bit far from Patong beach but we already knew it when we booked. Clean, comfortable large room with an amazing sea view fit for the family. The biggest improvement is the TV channels. Please add a kids channel for the children. Thank you.

Lovely place to stay. Lots of stairs given it’s location but this is helped by hotel internal shuttle. Walking distance to the main area of Patong. Restaurants and bar’s overpriced when there are so many cheaper options around.

Recommend! Grateful for the upgraded room. Love it!! Everything inside the room is amazing!! Bed is very comfortable too. Balcony is good, if it's sea view, it would be wonderful. Too far from the beach. It is a 2-min walk to Kalim Beach and a 5-min walk Patong Beach. Housekeepers and restaurant staff are very friendly. Front desk personnel so-so, could be more amiable and trained to provide check-in guests with a more essential information. Not too efficient for check-in process. The resort is not too suitable for elderly people, and those who don't enjoy too much walking.The premise is not only huge but filled with undulating slopes and stairs, and it is not easily accessible from one place to another esp. during rainy days.

We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel: Location - about 15 min all from the main area , paying beach and restaurants. It’s very quiet but it’s got lots of stairs. They do provide a car to pick you and drop you close to the room but stil there are a few stairs left. The hotel it’s up the hill and view is stunning We have breakfast included : various options including soup and Thai food and many many fruits every day. There are 2 restaurants in the resort : ocean view and kiko(Japanese restaurant), the Japanese one was very bad, I had a stomachache after eating there. The staff was very nice and helpful even though they don’t speak much English, they were trying their best to help. The rooms were big and clean. Every day the towels and bed sheets were changed and 2 free bottles of water.
