"Great stay with the family at the property, there was some confusion when checking in over the room type booked as we booked with sea view and was initially allocated Marina view which required me to present the confirmation of the booking however following this it was soon resolved. Hotel communal areas well kept and updated, room felt a little bit dated. Nice touches for the children with the Pluma gift sets which is well received. Couple of issues when collecting towels from the towel hut even after handing in 5 towel cards I was challenged on my room being for 2 however had just justify that it was 2 adults and 3 children, then given towels with no apologies. Location is perfect for marina and beach access. One thing to note would be that there is rear access to the beach area however after a certain time even with your access card it will not open and you are then required to walk right around to the marina entrance, this is not ideal when you are travelling with 3 toddlers."

"Perfect place for a night's stay in Faro. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful especially in terms of being able to leave luggage before and after check-in and checkout. Breakfast was decent for a hotel of this size, with plenty of choice. "
