Escape to the beautiful Parker Strip on the Colorado River and enjoy this spacious and family-friendly getaway featuring a private pool, mountain views, and access to the river. Located in the desirable Holiday Harbour community, guests have access to a private boat launch and river access, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, swimming, or exploring the Parker Strip.

The backyard is made for relaxing after a day on the water. Enjoy sunny pool days, mountain sunsets from the patio, and plenty of outdoor space to unwind.
Inside, the home offers plenty of room for everyone with 3 comfortable bedrooms, two separate living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room for longer stays.
The large pool house is a favorite gathering spot, complete with a bar area and games including foosball, making it perfect for both kids and adults.

This home is ideal for family vacations, river trips, boating weekends, and off-roading adventures, with easy access to everything the Parker Strip and nearby Lake Havasu have to offer.

Colorado River Weekend

Great house and large enough that 8 guys don’t feel crowded at all. Pool is a nice feature after a day in the sun. Two living rooms to watch your favorite team play or sit back and enjoy a movie. Game room is a nice place to hang out and have some fun.

Beautiful home and area

The house was so roomy and comfortable for my adult kids and our dog. The pool was so fun and the game room was a family favorite! The house is so considerately stocked incase you may have forgotten anything. Location is absolutely beautiful and I personally loved the decorative choices, very family friendly and inspiring. Management was very responsive, helpful, and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this property…being pet friendly was huge in deciding on this property as well, my dogs first road trip and she did great and loved the backyard.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. So spacious and well set. The big kids had so much fun in the game room. The view from the pool is amazing!! I had two small issues but Lyla was took care of them ASAP. She check in with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The house sits up in a hill so if you are a runner bring your shoes you would want to hit that hill. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood quite. I would definitely recommend this house and I would totally book again.

Very Fun House

Home away from, worked great for my family. Host was very responsive and available. Lots of space to hangout together or apart. Game room is so fun and the pool made the stay all the better. Will definitely be returning.

Setting the Bar

This was our first stay at this property, WILL NOT BE our last ! Had the privilege of staying here over Labor Day Weekend and wish we could’ve stayed for another week. Property manager was accommodating and available, but not overbearing. Home was well appointed, plenty of parking off the pavement. Day use launch less than 2 minutes away when you’re ready for the river, awesome pool and game room / bar when your off the water. This one set the bar for us as far as vacation rentals go, going to be very hard to beat !

Great House!!

We had such a great time in Parker and this house was absolutely amazing!! Super clean, easy check in and check out. Layla and Trisha were great host. The pictures don't do this house justice.
