Sundance stay
This is perfectly situated for the festival, less than 10 mins walking distance to two venues, 20 to the grocery stores and two other venues, and two bus stops nearby. Has parking. I will definitely be staying again. Only downsides is slightly older property (but the price is a better bargain as a reuslt) and shared laundry with limited hours rather than in unit.
