立地は良いが、部屋は期待外れ

バスタブ付きの部屋と書いてあったのですが、無しの部屋でした。3ベッドのうち二つが小さく、狭い通路的な場所に置かれていて、使い辛かった。

スタッフも親切

英語対応が出来るスタッフがいて、不自由なく過ごせました。朝食会場が地下で一通り揃ってしました。エントランスの回転ドアと客室へのエレベーターが遅かったですが、海外だとこんなものだと思いました。

レトロで可愛くて清潔で全体的に満足です。デラックスダブルに宿泊しました。スーツケース3つ広げられるスペースがあり荷物の整理がラクラクでした。また、立地も、どこへ行くにも動きやすい場所でとても助かりました。ホテルの斜め前にfranprixがあり、バラまき用のお土産の調達もバッチリです。受付が２４時間なのでオプションツアーの帰りが0時になってもちゃんと入れました。設備に関して… 古き良き建物でとても丁寧に使われておりますが、エレベーターや部屋のディンプルキーなど、所々で使い勝手が不安なところがあります。私は気になりませんでしたが、同行者は鍵の開け閉めに四苦八苦してたようです。また、予約時には朝食込みとなっていましたが実際に行くと別料金でした。最終日にcity taxの支払いを求められましたが大した金額ではありません。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

ロケーションがとても良く、公共交通機関がスト中でも徒歩やタクシーで観光地、ショッピングエリアに行くのに便利でしまた。周りにスーパーやレストランも多く、買い物して部屋で簡単に食事をとってました。家具や建物の造りなどおしゃれです。鍵がオートロックでないなど古い点もありますが、フロントに常時人がいて安心です。

レトロでアットホームなホテル

地下の食堂はワインセラーだったところでしょうか。レトロな感じで気に入りました。一人だったので部屋の狭さは気になりませんでしたが、二人だと私の選んだお部屋は狭いかもしれません。立地は良いと思います。朝のうちに着いたので、チェックイン前でしたが最終日の朝食を振り替えてもらいました。

スタッフが素晴らしい

サービス: なによりも受付の方の対応が素晴らしいです！セキュリティボックスを開けられなくなった際は、今は鍵がないので明日起きたら電話してくれたら開けますね！と嫌な顔一つせずいってくださいました。よく朝もすぐに対応していただけました。他にも、オルリー空港に行く方法を教えてくださった方は、乗る車両、出口まで全て教えてくださり、これ以上ないぐらい親切でした。いつも挨拶もしてくださいますし、笑顔ですし、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。スタッフのクオリティはものすごく高く、英語は流暢で本当に感動しました。ありがとうございます。部屋: 狭いですがまあ、大丈夫です。ただベットに短髪の髪がパラパラ落ちていたのは気持ち悪かったです。立地; メトロも近いですが、オペラとかは徒歩圏内なのでかなり良かったです！近くに美味しいお店もあります！

部屋は良き時代のフランスを象徴するレトロな綺麗な部屋。デパート、北駅にも近くアクセスが良い。全てのスタッフの対応が良く、朝食も美味しかった。また、パリへ行った際に是非、使いたいと思います。

エレベーターが古くて少しスリルがありましたが、それ以外はまったく文句なしでした。朝食のクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。地下鉄の駅に近く、廻りにはすてきなお店がたくさんあり、立地的にも最高でした。

エレベーターがガタついているなど、管内は歴史があり（古い）ますが総じて快適でした。メトロの利便性、通信環境の良さ、買い物等環境が良く、宿泊してよかったと思います。（良い点）・交通の便（メトロ3路線がそれぞれ徒歩圏内）・WIFI、無料スマホ貸出・バスタブ付き・それなりな広さ・レセプションの対応・近隣に深夜営業のスーパー（悪い点）・金庫の施錠開錠をお願いしたが、すっぽかされた・館内設備の古さ

地下鉄、バスなどの交通網に恵まれ、ルーブルなどへのアクセスに便利です

３泊しました。従業員は親切。枕銭も返してくれました。すぐ近くにパン屋、食料品店があり便利でした。交通アクセスも良い。部屋は伝統的な作りで、パリに来た、感がします。ただ5月末になると蒸し暑く、エアコンまでは必要ないのですが、備えてある扇風機をつけると大きな音がして、使い物になりませんでした。残念だったのは、予約段階で支払い済みになっている税を改めて請求され、出発を急いでいるため、支払ってしまいました。二重払いです。

全般的に設備は古いですが、wifiは問題なし、オペラから歩くには少し距離があり10 分程度です。下町の雰囲気で、周りはカジュアルな飲食店やbioのスーパーも多い。フロントの方はいつも親切でした。

オペラ座やモンマルトルやマレ地区辺りなら徒歩で巡れる立地にありとても便利でした。従業員のマダムもチェックインの時に行きたい場所やそこまでのバスでの行き方等積極的に教えてくれます。挨拶もよくしてくれフレンドリーでした。客室も綺麗で特に浴室が広くて良かったです。

The location is great, close to 3 metro lines and walking distance to Montmatre. The staff were all very friendly and we loved the layout of the room. Our kids loved sleeping downstairs and we parents liked being in our own space after bedtime.

L'hotel a une riche histoire malheureusement le mobilier et l'hotel en général auraient besoin d'être entretenus. Les boiseries sont abimées, les tentures salies et notre chasse d'eau fuyait. Il est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et le personnel est disponible H24.

The hotel is very outdated and needs repairs. Despite the condition, I can see its beauty when it is in its days of glory. The staff are very welcoming abs accommodating. The location is good. Walking distance to the metro and a lot of shops and cafes around.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is charming, but if I am being picky, the property itself needs some renovations. It is ideally located and can really benefit being renovated. Some attentions to details such as cleaning under the bed and around the bedside tables would do a lot of good. The bathrooms are a little outdated as well and can benefit from a change of appliances (especially the shower heads).

It has that great old French style. The staff members were more than friendly and welcoming. From baggage hold to transportation guidance. Wish the Air Conditioning was stronger in the rooms but everything was perfect for me and my family.

Classic hotel, has character, and is clean, but is not luxurious. Nice staff, convenient family room with 2 beds and double bed, but small. Parking nearby, 3-4 min walking Priced rather high, but 'it's Paris'..

Une des expériences les plus étranges que j’aie jamais eues dans un hôtel. Je ne dis pas que tout est terrible, mais pour le prix payé à plus de 400$ CAD la nuit, ce n’était pas du tout l’hôtel 4 étoiles auquel je m’attendais. En fait, comme plusieurs autres avis consultés par la suite, je suis d’accord pour dire que les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées. Le problème principal pour moi était l’absence quasi-totale de wifi, alors que c’est bel et bien explicitement promis au moment de la réservation (et alors que ça va de soi, franchement, en 2022!). Quand je dis absence quasi-totale, je veux dire que le réseau existe “en théorie” mais est si faible que rien ne fonctionne et ça déconnecte littéralement aux 30 secondes et ce, autant dans le lobby que dans ma chambre au 201! Même constat également chez ma sœur et son conjoint qui louaient la chambre 103. J’aurais pu pardonner le problème technique d’un soir mais ça semble vraiment être un défaut permanent, et le comble a été le service à la clientèle absolument déplorable lorsque j’ai soulevé ce problème. Pour faire une longue histoire courte, on a d’abord dit qu’il n’y avait rien à faire, on a ensuite insinué que c’était ma faute car j’aurais dû spécifier que j’avais besoin de wifi (!!) et finalement de peine et de misère en insistant on m’a acheté une carte SIM contenant des données au 4e soir de mes 5 nuits passées à l’hôtel. Seul point positif dans le service à la clientèle, le sympathique réceptionniste Hany.

Overrated

The staff was nice, but there it ends. The breakfast turned out to be a form that you fill in with very limited selection delivered to your small room. Two out four days it came within the 15 mins timeslot I chose, last day an hour later when I was leaving. The only elevator got stuck and rebooted twice. The public areas had no airconditioning / were very hot, the room AC was fine. The bathroom design such that the toilet was pretty much unusable with ~80 cm from bathtube edge to towelrack. No minibar. Water flooded from bathroom to the room carpet when showering. Not the worst I’ve seen in Paris, but definately not a 4 star in my opinion.

Thank you for telling that the staff is nice, we are trying our best with the authorized means. For the breakfast we have chosen to serve know in the room with the possibillity to take it as well in the lobby, may be we did not share this information. Sorry for the delay, not normal you are right. We have airconditioning working well when we put it and some of us prefer to have the renewal with the outside. For the rest nothing to add. They close at night and lock you out. No one answers the phone to let you in. I spend 10 minutes knocking on the door before a rude attendant came to the doors and told me to bring up my concerns to the manager. The next day, the manager apologized for not having a call number listed on the door. Clearly they do this regularly. I opened a window to let some fresh air in. It could not close and when asked for help to get is closed, it’s as if I was bothering the attendant.

I told the Night who should have put a note with his phone number to be called when he is doing his tour of the hotel. Simply OK. I had to go out and buy tea bags and cups as there was only a single one use cup in the room and one tea bag. I think most of the remorse come from the hotel advertising itself as a 4 star facility. They are setting themselves up to fail. the hotel is nowhere near 4 star standard, though the price tag can reflect it.

Convenient location, spacious room

The hotel's location couldn't be better. Too bad the hotel's restaurant wasn't available when I wanted to dine on Sunday due to Covid, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Agradável

Uma experiência agradável, porém podiam ter mais atenção na limpeza em alguns pontos. Mas de maneira geral a experiência foi boa e a localização do hotel também. Staff muito prestável e simpático.
