Breakfast was good quality, the mattress was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Overall great experience. I will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

God beliggenhed i stille kvarter i gåafstand fra Metro og med mange gode bagerier, restauranter/caféer og dagligvarebutikker. God stand på et stort og funktionelt værelse, men kun en fungere de elevator under opholdet og mange små detaljer der ikke var i på plads: Mangelfuld daglig rengøring herunder nyt toiletpapir, 2 defekte lamper, fjernbetjening unden batteri, løst håndtag på brusedør og defekt sofabord.

Only one elevator working. Breakfast options Poor. No ice machine. Lobby area and hallways had an odor.

When we arrived, we were without a room key for 24 hours. Also the air con in the room was non existent! We spoke to 4 different people in 2 days to sort it out but noone did. Also, our room stunk of rotten fish. The guy at check in told us he would find another room but then came back to our room to say it is better if we stayed where we were (in a room without a key, stinking fish and no flipping air con in temps of 29 degrees!!!!!!!)
