Great location. Apartment was fine and fair value. Communication with host was excellent. It is well advertised, but must be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs to stay here.

Location is amazing Walkable to major attractions Fabulous produce market on the corner Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants
Communication with host was excellent I would highly recommend this pied a terre
The property was better than expected. The location and atmosphere were totally amazing. We could have looked out the windows all day. We felt just a tiny bit Parisian. Would definitely stay there again!
Absolutely loved this cute little apartment! The apartment had everything we needed and was in such an amazing prime location! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on future trips. I had a little trouble getting in due to my own misunderstanding of instructions provided by the host, however, one of the building residents were incredibly helpful in solving my issue without bothering the host.
We loved the location of the flat. We were very comfortable in the flat as it had everything we needed. We’d recommend it highly as the host was terrific and very responsive and thoughtful. The only drawback for some might be the four flights of stairs.

Amazing location! Walking distance to everything, but on a quieter street. Lovely & bright space. It was perfect for our family of 4. A bit of communication mix-up around arrival and departure, but not a big deal, quickly resolved. It's up 4 flights of stairs, so plan accordingly and pack light enough to get upstairs without elevator. Definitely would choose it again to stay.
Thr flat is perfectly situated for exploring Paris. We had a wonderful time. Communication, check in and check out were easy and well organised! Thanks.
What a great apartment in a great location. The neighborhood was hopping on Friday night with many people enjoying the restaurants and bars. The apartment was just as described and Joe sent a very informative helpful document on the essentials of getting around Paris-that was much appreciated.
After a few slight issues getting in to the place (nothing serious) the stay at this apartment was very smooth.
The place was in a perfect location for the olympics and for getting around in general.
The apartment itself was fine and the appliances etc. made for a comfortable stay.
The pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on and with it being so hot, we would have appreciated a second fan.
All communication with Joe was clear and he was helpful.
Fit our 4 person family with kids 5 and 8 well. Great location. Direct access to airport from Les Halles RER B. There are stairs so don’t plan to go in and out of the apartment all day. Loved Paris and scooting around beautiful buildings.
Excellent location, great place, minor upgrades would make it exceptional
Overall a lovely stay, room was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and had fans and great WiFi. Only downside was there were ants that seemed to come out of the wall or up the drain in the sink. The couch was old and needs to be updated as well. BUT there were extra sheets (which we covered the couch with, and great duvets and pillows which made it comfortable. Beds were decent, again, made better by the bedding. Overall a really lovely stay. Property manager was easy to reach as well. Check in was a breeze and they were very accommodating with checkout which allowed us time to see Notre Dams! Thank you 🙏 so very much!
My wife and I stayed three nights. The Rue Saint Honore is charming, near the Louvre and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed a meal at the Italian restaurant right across the street. The apartment’s living room was large and comfortable with two big windows that open with a good street view. The bed was just ok - could have used a couple more pillows. Overall clean and in working order. Be prepared to walk up four flights.
This flat is in perfectly positioned in the heart of everything you would like to see, much of it within walking distance, the Louvre, Palais, Notre Dame,The Marais, you name it. Beautiful walks to the river where you will find good restaurants - there are restaurants aplenty near this flat, 1 minute away and they keep on coming! Be aware to give the exact address including postcode of this flat if you use taxis, as there is another Saint Honore and we fell into the trap and ended up in the wrong place - thankfully just 20 mins away. Flat is four floors up with no lift, but worth it. Nice big windows great for people watching.
After entering the building in making our way to the 5th (French 4th) we found the keys did not open the door to the apartment (we tried all the doors on that level). After much difficulty communicatiung with tge host, we gave up and resigned ourselves to seeking lodging elsewhere. I returned the keys to the lock box an left the building.
I contactied Vrbo to register a complaint. After Vrbo was unsuccessful in contcting the host, I was offered a hotel for one night that I would have to pay for and be reimbursed later. I declined the offer and was able to find a place with a local agent.
This was not an ideal welcome to Paris!
This is an adorable pad in a great location in Paris. Attractions are all walkable, some are a little far away, but we enjoyed walking the beautiful streets of Paris. Slight trouble getting in 1st floor lobby door as we didn't have a key, contacted property manager & his suggestion was to wait for someone to exit & walk in. He did offer to drive a key to us, but it'd be about an hour wait. Someone did walk out so we were able to get in after waiting about 15 minutes. Like other reviews have stated, there are a ton of stairs to climb. Tough with luggage but we made it. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. They were also very accommodating & were able to allow an early check in which was amazing so we didn't have to find somewhere to store our luggage. Loved that they had a washing machine! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Great location, great potential
Joseph was responsive and easy to communicate with. He had two other people we were in touch with on site.
The location is fantastic, the apartment small (advertised for 4 but it's really 2 adults, 2 children) but bright and engaging to the street below.
Accuracy of the posting was challenging: no working tv, no dryer on the property though it was listed as such, and it was not advertised as a 4th floor walkup (88 stairs) which could be challenging for some guests.
The biggest issue to address is the lock of the apartment door, which can only be locked from the inside with a key or else the door opens on its own. With only one set of keys provided, it requires careful coordination of who has the set. It is a safety and security issue.
I have every expectation that Joseph will address these issues for future guests as he was a very responsive host and wants you to have a positive experience.
Upon our arrival we found that the apartment was flooded and smelled strongly of rotting vegetables which is indicative of black mold. The water heater had been leaking onto the bathroom floor and water had spread into the main hallway and kitchen. The apartment had been flooding for a long enough time for the walls to soak up the water and the paint to start coming off. The owner was notified immediately and told us that a plumber would be dispatched immediately to fix the issue. We tried to help by placing a bucket under the leaking water heater and by soaking up the water on the floor with towels. The owner's assistant even directed us to perform basic plumbing tasks such as turning off the water supply line to the water heater itself and he asked us to stay and continue to empty the bucket. Unfortunately a plumber never arrived and the issue was not fixed. Because of the inability to use the bathroom, the flooding of the apartment, and the strong smell of rotting vegetables that is indicative of black mold, we could not stay in the apartment (for even one night) and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. We requested a refund due to the fact that the flooding issue was not rectified and the apartment remained unlivable. The owner did not return our messages and to this day has not offered any refund.
