Mostly I had a present stay at the hotel itself but I had a terrible experience after checking out because of the taxi which I asked for the reception to call one for me. I previously mentioned the reception that I would like to take a taxi to Opera since I would take a Roissy bus to the airport, when I checked out in the morning. I came back to the hotel around 4.30pm as I mentioned in order to collect my luggage and ask for a taxi. It came in 5 minutes. Right after I rode on the taxi, I asked the driver to take me to Opera. Then, the driver suddenly got angry and said why not to take the taxi to the airport. He said he waited for 45 minutes and he normally works only for a long distance ride, like the city center to the airport, as if I am a rude person. He said you are business traveler and 50 euros is nothing for the company. Then I had to explain more than 5 minutes that my company pay only for public transportation and I cannot be afford 50 euros. I also said that I asked the reception to the taxi to Opera. He tried to persuade me to take a ride to the airport again and again. Finally he stopped talking and take me to Opera. It costed 15 euros. It is very difficult to understand why this happened though I asked the reception to a taxi to Opera previously. I have no idea if the reception person and the driver have some deals or only the taxi driver from G7 taxi company being so selfish. It must not be happened if the reception mentioned my destination.
