5 star on employess attention and service. Bed was 3 star. Cleaness of the room is a 2 star. (1 star being a cheap motel on the side of the road and 3 star being basic hilton experience). Towels are already yeallow stained, dirty floor of the bedroom, dirty bathroom. The design of the room is terrible. Paris has small spaces but hilton should be able to use the space in the room efficiently. Appropiate fueniture, doors should open in a way that maximizes use of the room.
