This hotel is Absolutely trash as all of our family had an illness when we stayed there and we had to give our room key to reception when we go somewhere.They don't even know a word about English and the hotelman was very rude.

The staff were very helpful. We appreciate that they stored our luggage for us on the day we check-out (due to travel plans late in the evening).

Okay but less than average.
It was a okay place, but shower didn't work well. Also for the price the room wasn't worth. I paid around 60€ for a less than average shower and decent bed. The breakfast also wasn't too great, a French stick tea a crossette and orange juice for 6€. Non the less the people are nice, but the owner doesn't speak English.

A pleasant stay with good location.
A pleasant stay. As it was for a night, I do not have much complaints. Room is quite spacious, only the toilet is small. Service is excellent as we are guided with some useful travel information. Location is excellent as it is near to a bus stop that brings us to places we wanted to go. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful staff. No matter that rhe owner spoke no English and i no French. Lots of laughing, fingers points and drawing. One tryin line to the Eiffel Tower.. Safe at night too. Wonderful stay.

Nice little hotel in Bercy.
Friendly, traditional hotel not too far from Gare de Lyon. Rooms are quite small (cozy) but great for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

You get what you pay for
The hotel was ok for the price and walking distance to Gare de Lyon which suited me. It was clean enough but everything was very shabby. Not sure what was going on with the hot water but it was not a major issue for one night. I didn't mind the climb to the room as that was mentioned in the ad and the location was good. The staff were pleasant.

Good location as this hotel is closed to public transportation with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful informing us how to get around to all of the tourist attractions.

Intéressant pour le prix mais douche trop petite et sale. Je fais 1m60. Linge de lit troué. On entend les voisins ronfler. Le rideau est taché on parle pas de la moquette bref n'y allez pas

受付にいる、年配の男の人は英語が通じず、会話が成り立ちません。若い方になると通じるので大丈夫です。 部屋の方は、点検をしていないのかシャワールームの電気がついて消えての連続です。 また、枕元にコンセントもないため、充電が出来ません。ドライヤーも備え付けではありません。

l'accueil a été des plus chaleureux établissement simple et proche de tous les commerces de plus il est très abordable le petit déjeuner est très copieux. De plus l'hôtel se trouve à 15 min à pied de Bercy (proximité de spectacles et également de la gare routière de bus)

I was given a room that was not in the main building but in the backyard. The positive was that I did not have to take my heavy luggage case upstairs (no lift), but staying in a standalone room was a bit strange and awkward. The facility overall need improvement, shower was not good. A 1-night stay shall be fine but not recommended for longer stay.

L'hotel est simple, vieillot, pas d'ascenseur mais un petit escalier pour monter jusqu'au 3ieme étage. Chambre très petite mobilier peu fonctionnel et hors d'age, rénovation faite à minima. Literie acceptable chauffage avec radiateur d'appoint, l'installation centrale ne fonctionne pas. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner hors de prix 12€ pour 1/2 tasse de café+ 1 croissant et un morceau de pain10cm + 1 beurre et 1 confiture; malgré la gentillesse et bonne volonté du personnel.

Dormez sous un arbre c’est plus propre
Premiers adjectifs qualificatifs : saleté et malhonnêteté pour ne pas dire voleur. Cela commence par la réception avec la poussière sur le téléphone, les prospectus empilés sur le comptoir un canapé troué et j’en passe. Cage d’escalier en travaux avec la moquette du sol arraché, un extincteur posé à meme le sol échelle dans la cage, quand à la chambre : peaumo de la douche qui fuit, serviette trouée , douche bouchée et parois de salle de bain sale, mais le mieux reste les petits animaux de compagnie mis à disposition : les punaises de lit, nous avons changé de chambre alèse non changées ( poil cheveux tâches) et pas de taie de traversin dans un lit et l’autre non changé. Nous avons demandé que le propriétaire rembourse une partie de la chambre et sa réponse a été NON. Comment pouvez vous travailler avec des voleurs crasseux pareils ? Sans compter la désinfection de tous nos effets personnels en espérant ne pas ramener de puces chez nous. Que comptez vous faire ?

À part une décoration qui n'est pas au goût du jour, j'ai apprécié la nuit que j'ai passée dans cet hôtel. Personnel à la réception très sympathique et prêt à aider, matelas très confortables, télé et wifi. Salle de bain un peu petite mais ça suffit amplement ! Je recommande cet hôtel qui se trouve à 1km de l'AccorHotel Arena 😊

Hotel moyen, situé dans un environnement calme, accès métro correct. Chambre sombre, dans une cour encombrée. Odeur un peu forte sans doute dûe au manque d'aération et aux produits d'entretien. Le petit déjeuner continental est basique mais correct pour les 6€ facturés. Par contre la salle de petit déjeuner est petite et date d'un autre age. Elle aurait bien besoin d'un rafraichissement. Le débit WIFI est faible et nécessite une reconnexion toutes les 4 heures.

Séjour pour le travail, donc peu dans la chambre. Celle-ci était calme (4e étage côté cour) et j'ai bien dormi. Accueil sympathique, réception à l'écoute, petit-déjeuner satisfaisant pour moi. Comme j'avais une valise lourde, j'aurais apprécié un ascenseur - mais j'ai tout de même réussi à monter et à descendre ma valise !
