Good access to central but secured private experie

The hotel was situated in 15 min distance from my destination, and had a various options for dinning. As a traveler from London, the access to the hotel from Gare du Nord was very good. The hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful, and regret that my experience was much more excellent if the construction in the inner garden was completed - appearance of the view from the room was quite different from what was promoted in website as of Sep 21. Having said that, the hotel provided good secured environment during my stay, and would choose them when I need to stay in Paris for the same reason.

フロントの方々はとても良かったです。部屋が3人ではとてもキツキツでした。シャワーも仕切りがされていない？隙間が空いてる？のでどんなに頑張っても床がビショビショでした。凱旋門まで歩いて行けて、空港からのバス停まで徒歩で行けるのでアクセスはとてもいいです。朝食があまり種類がないけど高かったので他で食べた方がよかったなと思いました。

凱旋門から徒歩10分、シャンゼリゼ通り徒歩可能とかなり便利です。エレベーターが非常に狭いが、お部屋に入ると広くはないものの、設備も新しく気持ちよく過ごせます。

静かなプチホテル

こじんまりしていますが、部屋は綺麗に手入れしてあり、スタッフの対応も良かった。冷えない冷蔵庫と、古いドライヤー以外は満足です。私たちが泊まった304号室はトイレとシャワールームが別になっていました。近くのポンスレ市場は、日曜日も営業していました！朝食は、パン、ジャムチーズなどがとても綺麗に並べられていました。オムレツは、オーダーすると作ってくれますよ

おもてなしの心あり

スタッフの対応はよいです。メーデー宿泊時にはすずらんをプレゼントされました。部屋も清潔です。ただわたしの部屋はエアコンがうまくきかず…、そしてとにかく部屋が狭かったです。パリ市内のホテルなので仕方ないかも。。立地もよいといえばよいですが、欲をいえばもっと街中に近い方が便利かも。最寄りの地下鉄のテルナスはほとんどつかえず、10分かけて毎回凱旋門までいくのが大変でした。

立地は悪くないが、場所が分かりにくく、狭い。朝食が高過ぎる周りにスーパーなどが充実しているので、その辺りは評価出来るが、あまりお勧めではない

細かなことでも相談に乗ってくれ、予約でも、荷物預かりでもなんでも快く対応してくれます。本当にアットホームなホテルです。

思ったより小さなホテル…

思ったより小さなホテルでした。お部屋もコンパクトで、もうちょっと広さは欲しいかもです。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで良かったです。ただ、部屋の排気口？のカバーがバストイレのドアを少し強めに閉めた時に外れて下に落ちてきて危なかったです。 3泊しましたが、2日目の夜に部屋に戻ると、そのカバーが外れた状態で、しかも何故かテーブル上にあるはずのカップが不自然に床に置いてある？状態で…ちょっと奇妙でした。スタッフからは何も説明はありませんでした。概ね気持ち良く過ごせました。

フロントの方は、みんな親切です。立地は良いと思います。近くにモノプリやパン屋、ケーキ屋など沢山あります。他の部屋の音は良く聞こえます。後、連泊すると段々掃除の質が悪くなりましたが....。

アットホームなホテル

こぢんまりとしていましたが、アットホームな雰囲気で全般的に清潔でした。予約がｷﾞﾘｷﾞﾘだったので、子供用追加ベッドが手配できず床にマットレスを直びきでしたが、Claimしたところ若干Discountもしてくれるなどフロントの対応も良かったです。

We booked a three-bed room but such room was much smaller than in the photograph to such an extend that there was no space to store or open our luggage. Also, the employee who welcomed us showed hostility because I did not speak French by clearly stating he spoke only French: when I moved forward speaking in English, we perfectly communicated in this language. He also said that our group “did not need two keys” and handed only one to us. The management was apologetic but the experience with the employee ruined our three-day trip to Paris. The location is great, though: you have to walk approximately 1.5 miles to get to Champs Elysee.

Next to no noise isolation, people loudly banging on the door at middle of the the night, random fire alarms at night, luggage was left unattended in public area when left with the hotel. Would not recommend.

This hotel is a great option for those who have come to explore the city of Paris. The hotel is located in a safe and charming neighborhood close to Arc de Triomphe with easy access to Ternes Metropolitain station. The lobby and rooms are small and clean. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and considerate, with personality, and not mechanical like you may find in some chain hotels. If you are seeking a basic, yet charming and safe place to lay your head at night, this hotel should be on your list to consider. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
