We had a great time!
Everything was great and the room was super spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked with all the appliances and things needed to cook full meals while at the beach. The indoor/outdoor pool was exactly what we needed and being beach front was a dream! 4 minutes from peir Park ment regular visits to fish or shop which was our favorite park!

Spacious, beautiful view, well-equipped, clean and just a great place to enjoy the beach! The parking situation wasn’t too clear but got sorted out after some research. Overall, I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

My husband and I stayed in the condo with 3 of our children (ages 17-19). The space fit everyone comfortably and was very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. Great view of the water from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location! The view was amazing! We enjoyed the balcony! Bed was comfy! Pool was great! Parking very easy! The condo was nice but could certainly use some TLC! We used an air freshener as the condo did not have that “just cleaned smell”! The couch is well worn! The primary bathtub drained very slowly! Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work! There is no ice maker, only ice cube trays! None of the negatives would deter us from booking this property again! We had a great time!

Tropic Winds 1202
The property was clean and had all amenities and was easy to get in and out of. Had issues getting parking passes and wrist bands for the pool but got that worked out after a few days. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items. There were even beach accessories in the laundry room to use. Beautiful view of the beach and just steps from the sand. Would recommend.

Property was clean and as described. We’ve stayed at several locations along this coast and this one has been my favorite. I do agree with some of the other reviews about the parking being a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker!! We Plan on returning here again!

Perfect and Relaxing
I cannot say enough great things about this unit and the whole property. Everything was well maintained and we had NO issues our entire stay. I also want to praise the overall property. They had plenty of staff to keep the entire property clean and orderly. And with their security, we felt very good about our vehicle and personal safety. Finally We had a great oceanfront view and the beach was wonderful. They had rental chairs and umbrellas (we did not rent) available. The beach was litter free.

Was given the wrong wifi password and they didn't get it corrected until the 4th day of a 7 day stay. They need to change it on the check in email fir the next person. Also the guest bath isn't draining. Beautiful beach we enjoyed our stay.

70 minute lock out.
Access code expired mid week and we waited 70 minutes for a locksmiths to get us in and fix the code. We liked the unit, unit was pretty clean and pleasantly decorated. The balcony was vey dirty. Thankfully I had a package of Lysol wipes so with some work I was able to enjoy all the furniture and use the table with no worries. As always the gulf was amazing and this unit puts you right there 24/7. We would stay again.

We didn't get to check in until after 7pm because the room wasn't clean. We do understand that everyone seem is short staffed it was just difficult because I had my handicap mom with me.

My husband and l rented the condo sight unseen because no pictures were provided to us at the time of our booking. We were given an assigned parking spot, we later found out we had been given someone else's parking spot inside the garage. ( The owners of that spot asked why we were parked in their spot?) I called the number provided to us to get a hold of the property manager. When l got a hold of the manager l was told that they had never gotten any complaints from anyone else about being given the wrong parking spot. Not sure what she was trying to imply? I was then told by the manager to find a security guard or look for someone on the first floor and ask where my parking spot is suppose to be. Really! I'm on vacation! Isn't that your job?The parking spot for our unit would now be a spot outside of the garage and in the hot sun. When we got in the unit we found that the air conditioner was not working at all, it was very hot and humid in the condo. We had to wait until the next morning to call the manager about the air conditioner because it was now after hours according to the rules l had printed out. We spent half the day waiting for maintenance to fix the air conditioner so we could start our long awaited vacation. We were told, and the paperwork also stated that the master would have a king size bed. lt did not, it had a rock hard queen size bed that caused sleepless nights and sore backs each day of our vacation. There was also a very thick layer of dust bunnies underneath the bed. Not so good if you have allergies. The fully stocked kitchen that was advertised was very sparse to say the least. No bakeware or even cookie sheets available to use the oven. l had picked up some groceries at Wal-Mart to cook dinner that evening but couldn't , l had to run back out and buy something to use so l could cook in the oven. I contacted the owner and to this day l have not heard back from him. I would have to say the location was great, condo itself was okay, but the big balcony and awesome view made up for that. The communication with the owner nonexistent!
