This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.

Perfect location and beautiful view!
The condo was the perfect size for 3 adults. Very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The property location was so close to so many restaurants and shops it almost felt all-inclusive.

Very disappointed with cleanliness everything else was pleasant.
We were shocked to say the least when we walked in. It's filthy. Baseboards, doors, walls all need a good scrubbing. Sheets were so old on K bed they were piling, even second set requested, same condition. Very nice to have parking on same level as condo. Nice to have beach chairs offered, the toy chest on deck would be great for little ones. The view is decent, pool is nice, staff very friendly and most accommodating.

Great condo!
Owner was a pleasure to work with. Very good communication. We felt safe. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. It had a great location. We enjoyed our time and would be happy to rent this condo again sometime.

Great week for spring break!!!
My family came down for my son’s senior high school spring break. We had a great time. This until fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, which were very few since everything was laid out well. Great location on third floor. (Didn’t have to always wait for elevators). I highly recommend this stay!!

Great communication, had it done for us early as we were coming from 16 hours away, games in unit, loved that it had 2 roll away beds! Lots of extra blankets and towels which was great, communication was excellent highly recommend!

Condo owner was great!
The resort is huge! The owner of the condo was very responsive; even checked in to see if we needed anything. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs. I will say the beach was a little too busy for my liking. If you didn’t have your chairs and stuff out by 7am, you wouldn’t have a spot in front of rental chairs. Overall, it’s a nice condo unit.
