Not very good. When we walked in room blinds were broken and thrown down in floor. Dryer was full of old towels still wet because dryer was broken. Then woke up to a leak in bathroom that caused several inches of water and went thru to bottom level. Called for maintenance to come and took them 2 hours to get there and wasshorrible rude when walking in.

Washer/dryer had been broke for a week before arrival, wifi worked 10 minutes at a time before disabling and having to be reset, dresser drawers were broken, doors had to be lifted slightly to latch, locks on doors didn't work, etc.

Can’t set the Ac to cold, no more than 72 degrees there is a $200 charge as the ac will freeze if set lower than 72 degrees. It was hot there, could not sleep. The carpet was filthy, roaches in the bathrooms, the couch was also filthy and will sink in when sitting

The pool area is enjoyable till about 10-11:00 and then it gets crowded. Multiple families bring their own music speakers and play them loudly.

This was by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. I have filed a complaint with Expedia and tried to speak with the management at Regal Palms but they were not helpful as they say the units are privately owned. The townhome we received should not be allowed to be rented. People work hard for their vacation money and it’s disheartening they can rent this with: Badly cracked tile flooring in the bathroom and the cabinet siding is actually peeling off the vanity, the carpeting throughout, is ruined and badly stained everywhere, the furniture is falling apart and actually held together in places with tape, the pillows on the sofas have holes, the beds have very noisy and stained mattresses with nothing even covering the damaged and stained box springs- the fabric on the springs is actually all ripped and falling down on the ground. The air conditioning says it can’t be set below 75 degrees or the unit will freeze and you will be charged $200, the townhomes are 2 story so the upstairs was warm! the 2 fire extinguishers were expired, grease was actively dripping down onto the stove from the dirty microwave above, there was a filthy coffee pot so we couldn’t use it, and the tea kettle was broken, only 2 burners work on the stove top. I can’t even list everything wrong in this unit. The pool area was the good part about this “resort”. Nice looking pool and lazy river. Charge is $22 per day- we weren’t able to use it but charges will be added to your total. Do not stay.

All the information that they required upon check-in was provided ahead of time check-in could have been done a lot quicker. Check out was awesome! No issues whatsoever. For our purposes of what we needed the rooms for it worked out excellent!

Stay was good, but entered the unit and there were ants in the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and one of the bathrooms. No matter how much you wipe down, they kept coming back. Also, one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and there was no face towels, had to go and buy towels and tissue. I just feel that for the price we paid that there should have been more items. We also had to go and buy pots. All they had was skillets and a pot to do vegetables. Besides that, the unit was good

Hi Kimberly. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. All 598 homes at Regal Palms have pest control operated by the Home Owners Association via the front desk. Pest control services are on site and operate 7 days a week. We are sorry if this was not evident but thought the information was in the welcome pack you received at check in. If not your review will allow us to make a change that is positive for future guests. As for facilities within the home, we have staff on site and a number for the guest to ring is in every home. A shortage of cooking utensils would normally be addressed in minutes and we are sorry if this was not the case. We will ask the team to check pots and pans in all our homes but most certainly would have prevented you having to buy any yourself had you contacted us. We are pleased you were happy with everything else and Thank You again

Dette var tredje gangen vi har vært her. Og tredje rekkehuset. Posetivt er jo at det er lett fremkommelig, rolig og trygge gater. Varme i bassenget og godt med solsenger rundt bassenget. Det kjipe var at sengene knirker unormalt mye, og at vaskemaskinen i dette huset ikke virket. Jeg sendte en mail om dette, og fikk svar om å ringe vedlikehold og de la med et nr. Dette er vel ikke mitt ansvar som leieboer for ei uke?
