The room was clean, well maintained and above all quiet and dark resulting in a goods night sleep.

Brianna greeted us ar the front desk upon our arrival and provided some great options for dinner and breakfast. She also offered assistance carrying items to our room if needed! What a wonderful hostess! Lovely corner room with Lilac trees blooming right outside our bedroom window. Marina assisted us at checkout and was equally pleasant. We wish our stay could have been longer.

We really liked the coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. The hot tub was great. The location is excellent; we could walk to the footbridge beach one way and town and the Marginal Way the other. We liked everything about our stay.

The environment was peaceful and beautiful. It was quiet and enjoyable. Loved the outdoor and indoor pool. Very well maintained inside and out. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

"The front desk lacks manners and struggles with customer service. The staff often intrudes into guests' personal matters and asks inappropriate questions. The rooms are in dire need of updating, and the phone in our room was not working. The older lady at the front desk was intrusive my kids with an horrible attitude. The overall atmosphere of the property is unwelcoming and not family-friendly. If you have kids and want to use the pool, this is not the place for you."

During my stay, the people above me were extremely loud. It seemed as though they were walking around for hours on end, especially early morning. This was extremely disruptive, especially being on vacation. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere quiet.

I did not like having to leave a credit card to cover “incidentals” without being told what incidentals include. Please provide a list of items that would result in an additional charge such as long distance phone calls etc.

Staff was very friendly. Check in, check out easy..no hassles. Breakfast was good at rasberries...cleaning staff came a bit early in morning ...9ish...b4 we we ready to head out for the day...next day i put out the dont disturb sign...but they do an excellent job of cleaning

My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay at the Gorges Grant Hotel. The hotel was immaculate and the staff very hospitable. The bed comfortable and never heard any outside noises as we slept. The shower was great, water pressure and temp. We will definitely be back to stay, and next time even bring the kids.

The property was very comfortable with a spacious room, wonderful lobby and very good restaurant for breakfast. While it was not exactly walking distance to anything (at least not in January) it is still close to the center of Ogunquit and local beaches/landmarks. It was also very affordable off-season.
