Come visit our unit for a memorable summer vacation that you will never want to leave! Totally RENOVATED top-to-bottom no space left un-touched. This condo was stripped down to the studs & brought back to life with a vision to provide comfort & luxury living in beach bliss!



Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath open, light & bright with lots of natural sunlight throughout! Designer Grey paint, wainscoting, recess lighting & LVP [Luxury Plank Vinyl] through-out. Dining Area with table seating for 6. Fully-equipped Kitchen with Quartz Counters, Stainless Steel Appliances & Cabinet Under-Lighting. Living Room with 65 inch flat-screen Smart TV mounted on plank accent wall with Queen Sleep Sofa also has wall of windows & Sliding Glass doors open to Beach front balcony with Honeycomb Blackout blinds to keep the sun out until you are ready for it! Master Bedroom with King Bed with 55 inch Flat-screen SmartTV, Shiplap accent wall, ample closet space & designer bathroom with granite vanity & upscale glass shower doors. 2nd Bedroom with Full Bed + Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed, Shiplap Accent wall & Flat Screen TV, ample closet space, a trundle drawer full of board games & designer bathroom with granite vanity & upscale glass shower doors. Both bedrooms also keep very cool with ceiling fans equipped with lights! Full-size Washer & Dryer, and Central A/C, FREE Wi-Fi [owner installed own router for best internet!] and sauna & 3 elevators.



A rare find here in Ocean City as there are also 2 large balconies - one direct ocean front view with gorgeous Sunrises, one bayside balcony with the most beautiful Sunsets. Also, plenty of storage for your beach buckets, chairs, boogie boards and more in bayside balcony closet room. These covered balconies are large and provide additional square footage of living space for you to enjoy privately during your stay.



The Irene is a special condominium without any feeling of too many tourists. Come see what the Irene is all about you wont want to stay anywhere else! No pets.



No car? No problem, you can walk to restaurants, liquor store, shopping center, grocery store and many franchise fast food all with steps away. Ocean City Bus is cheap too, you can take it all the way down to the Boardwalk and back to the unit for a few dollars all-day pass, each day!



Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in unit or on balconies! Fines heavily enforced.


Make your way to the Beach for a day of sun & surf, or stay home to enjoy The Irene's Sauna. Property is located directly across from the Gold Coast Mall, where you can find shopping, restaurants & more. Building is equipped with 3 high-speed Elevators for your convenience.

This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in date during peak-season and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season.


$60 Non-Refundable Parking Registration Fee/per car due at check-in at the Irene Condominium. Payable in cash or check. 2 car max.

Great Location

Great location, easy beach access. The listing said there was an indoor pool, but it was closed this summer for renovation. The property manager did warn about this up front, but the VBRO listing was not accurate. If a pool is important to you, double check it’s open before booking.
