Nice room and showered .. street Noise did quiet down after 10:00 pm. I imagine summertime noise would be louder. But overall we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and room cleanliness. 👍

I love the concept and quaintness of the property however I would have liked to have seen an in-room coffee maker and/or a lift to assist those of us that have trouble with navigating old/steep stairs. Otherwise, just perfect. Thank you.

The property is located within walking distance of the ferry and the main shopping/restaurant area. The room was clean and fairly quiet. They included a white noise machine take that for what it's worth. I found the room tolerable from a noise perspective and I'm a light sleeper. There is no 24/7 attendant. The biggest problem is parking, they do not provide a lot of pass to park anywhere locally; you're on your own. Off-season this is Ok because you can park down the street in the public park, although it is marked for limited use, it's not enforced apparently. I parked my vehicle there five nights overnight and didn't get a ticket but I don't like taking the chance. That's the biggest drawback to this place. Overall it's pretty good and I recommend it, it is a real hotel and a fair price for the quality accommodation especially considering how expensive everything else is on MV. I will probably stay there again next year. No refrigerator in the room but there is a wine cooler. The bed and AC were fine. Bathroom was very clean.

A fair Hotel
The location was convenient and close to restaurants, shops and transport. We were located in a downstairs room which was very noisy especially at night. There is a restaurant located right next to our window which had bright lights shining all night and very early morning deliveries. The hotel is attractive and well kept however our room was a little tight with space. Also we found the checkin a bit confusing.

Great Location
So easy to get to right off the ferry about a five minute walk. Right in the thick of everything in Oak bluffs. Perfect location with nice views of the ocean from the porch. If you are looking for the ritz carleton on the vineyard this is not it, but it was perfect for a marthas vineyard boutique type hotel. Great air conditioning in the room and the bathroom was immaculate.

i was surprised to see the showers without courtin showers .very unsafe when floor gets so wet and slipery the we had to use towels as a mop.

The Morgan Hotel is a great property. The location is perfectly central to Oak Bluffs, while still being just off the beaten path enough to be peaceful. Check-in/out was seamless, the room was charming and very representative of MV and OB. The service I received was phenomenal. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and attentive Jordan was to our needs. I strongly recommend The Morgan Hotel.

The room was nice, big comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Wonderful views of the ocean. Within walking distance to lots of places to eat, shop and the ocean. Not a lot was open due to it not being in season.But, the bus stop was very close by.

Nice but maybe not for off season
Hotel is nice, but if you want a place off season maybe go elsewhere. No one available at the desk, so when you have issues you are just hoping someone will get back to you via email. I booked Fri to Sun and separately booked Thurs to Fri and called numerous times and sent emails because I never received my mobile key for 3pm check in Fri. Finally at 545 I got the key and no apologies from anyone. Mobile key needs work it worked day 1 and that was it no physical key was left as promised because they again they forgot my second reservation Friday-Sunday. Rooms could use a little reconfiguring as the tv was up on a shelf and you could barely see it. If you can deal with the lack of communication and don’t mind dealing with the issues that arose then you’ll be good!

With the app no key system the check in and out will kick you out right before the time. You have to call the sisterhotel because there’s no one in the hotel unless you find a maid. The maid was extremely helpful for those issues

Cute lil spot .
Perfect little spot for an overnight in Oaks Bluff. Very clean, bed and pillows are comfy. Walking distance to a nice breakfast spot Linda Jean. Check in process was very impressive 😉 They could do with some blackout curtains, the street lights are quite bright

I really wanted a hot shower and a comfy night's sleep but the room was chilly and adjusting the temperature seemed to do nothing (and I'm a shorts in the winter kind of guy. The shower was not very hot and it was also opened so even if the water got hot enough it was breezy. This is also stupid because if I should have closed the shower, more water vapor and steam would be directed right into the vent instead of dispersing into the room, which could make mold a problem for you in the future. I was also constantly worried about splashing water on the floor, which turned a relaxing shower into an anxiety shower. One of the doors to the door just doesn't open but it keeps you try, thanks for that.
