This was our second visit to Blue Nijmegen. Once again we were impressed by the staff, meals, cleanliness and comfort. The bed was so comfy that it was difficult to get going in the morning. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, especially with the TV at the foot of the bed. We will be back!

Stunning throughout. Uber cool from the bar and restaurant area through the fixtures and fittings in the room. Good breakfast spread. Definitely recommend.

Stay was ok. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The music, particularly the bass, from the bar in the lobby was thumping in our room until late at night. They do not provide hair conditioner and there is a bright blue light that you cannot turn off at night that we had to find a creative solution to block. Oddly the room also didn't contain coffee pods despite having a coffee maker. We probably wouldn't stay there again

A+, would recommend.
We he had really nice stay in the hotel with a friend. It was very well lovated: near thr railway station and the city center. Within walking distance was a beautiful district of Nijmegen-Oost with beautiful houses and streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had gluten-free options and also dairy-free option at the breakfast. Rooms were so nice and designed very well. So, if you have an eye for interior design I think you’ll enjoy your stay in these rooms.

Lovely boutique hotel in Nijmegen
I love this hotel, and even stay here when working in other towns nearby where other hotels might be closer. It is in a beautiful old house with very stylish interior design, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want! The shower and toilet are integrated into the room with frosted glass panels, so make sure you’re with someone close if you’re sharing a room. :-)

Amazing food and service is what they have built their reputation on and they lived up to it in spades. Dined in at their informal kitchen and enjoyed a range of their tasting plates - beautifully done. Rooms very contemporary in style and imaculately done. Focusing on the minutia (as nothing else could be faulted), I would liked to have had two robe hooks near the shower to hang up towels or somewhere for a hanging toiletry bag and a surface area of some sort to put toiletries, or a toiletry bag on near the wash basin. If that is all I can suggest for an entire property, enough said on the quality and attention to detail lavished on this Hotel by the owners and staff!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Easy to access by car and in a very good location for walking to the older parts of town. However the room layout is not practical and appears to have been designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel. Furniture very chunky leaving no space to put a suitcase. Glass shelves that are poorly placed that could potentially be hazardous. An oversized wash basin that is more suited as a drinking trough for farm animals. The buffet breakfast lacking in inspiration served in the kitchen.

Great hotel in central Nijmegen
Great place - double room was quite spacious, bed was very comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a really nice place, 10 minutes walk from the Nijmegen train station. Breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant and was fabulous: soft-boiled egg, salmon, several types of meat and cheese, several types of bread, and yogurt.

Fabulous hotel right in the middle of town
Nijmegen is a beautiful place to visit and Blue is a fabulous hotel. Very contemporary but with a local feel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Couldn't stay at a better hotel.

Funky Blue
A very nice boutique hotel, a couple of doors down from its sister hotel Manna where you are served breakfast. On site car park. Funky rooms with the shower cubicle in the bedroom itself and a wash basin you could drown a dwarf in ! I could not get the lights over the bed to turn off fully, they stayed on very dimly, almost like a nightlight but a little annoying. I reported it to reception on checking out who said they would get it looked at. You are supplied with coffee pods and tea bags at check-in but no milk, strangely. I could have asked I guess but it would have been nice to have had the milk with the other supplies. A nice long bar with a huge range of drinks. Breakfast at Manna was good, a fixed continental breakfast brought to your table with no choice, service was slow despite it being very quiet. Robbie Williams apparently booked out the whole of Manna and/or Blue when he played there recently so it has kudos. For an evening meal we wandered into the town centre. The Grote Market was very quiet and the food menus were not very inspiring, but the bars were nice. Would be good on a warm weekend evening. We decided to eat at Bistro De Bok, a fantastic steakhouse, thoroughly recommended.

Blue - "quirky" but nice.
This is something of a "quirky" hotel - a little bit out of the ordinary both in style and mode of operation. It is nevertheless served by attentive and immaculately presented and friendly staff and gives a comfortable stay in interesting surrounding décor. (i even had a bedroom with small balcony. Breakfast is served down the road at Manna which is a fine place - unusual to change location for breakfast but it was fine - though it did rain on the short walk back.

Excellent addition to the Nijmegen hotel scene
Great new hotel in downtown Nijmegen. Beautiful modern conversion of 4 classic houses, including a hip bar & lounge. The hotel also offers a good food menu and its sister hotel Manna (100 ft away) is home to one of Nijmegen's best restaurants (for breakfast, lunch & dinner).

This hotel is very interesting. It's super modern and very nice, but not really functional. Everything looked great, but wasn't comfortable to use. The staff was helpful but not friendly.

Rooms tiny and horribly impractical; the fire alarm went off 3 times in the night and all staff had to say was that this was the case for all rooms, not even a sorry; on that occasion we noticed that our escape route was extremely complicated, no easy way out in case there really was a fire. This hotel tries hard to be top class but utterly fails; there is more to good design than just expensive furniture.
