Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

False listing

This property was listed and paid for. Then the day of travel called to confirm because we had not heard back from anyone on a couple of attempts to contact owner through the app. Call the number of the owner and found out that this person had no idea what this location was and had nothing to do with it. Ended up having to make last second reservations at hotel to save the trip. To their credit VRBO did get us a full refund and compensation for the difference in cost for the hotel booking. The rating of this stay is only reflective of the invalidity of the listing. VRBO is still a class organization but this listing needs to be fixed
