Step into this magnificent townhouse and prepare to be captivated by its stunning features. The parlor level is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, featuring a professional pool table and captivating artwork by the renowned Mauro Oliveira. This level also includes a powder room and a staircase leading to the kitchen and dining room.

On the next floor, the spacious living room is perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. It features the original fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, and a 75-inch smart TV, along with a unique addition of a sink, adding character to the space.

The luxurious master bedroom suite on the following level offers a breathtaking view of the Chrysler Building from its elegant desk. The suite is complete with a comfortable queen bed, an ensuite walk-in closet, and a lavish ensuite shower.

On this same level, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms—a full bedroom ideal for younger children and a queen bedroom with a unique green theme, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a full walk-in closet.

The top floor houses two more queen bedrooms, each with ample storage and a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Finally, ascend to the private rooftop terrace, where panoramic views of Lexington Avenue and the Chrysler Building await. This outdoor space offers comfortable seating for the entire family, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This home is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of New York City, while still being just blocks away from Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, and a plethora of dining and shopping options. Experience luxury living at its finest in this extraordinary townhouse.

During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available to ensure a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay.

Cleaning and Damages

Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for damages.
Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1: RESERVATION INFORMATION

CHECK-IN
The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.

CHECK-OUT
The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.

2: ID VERIFICATION

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.

BACKGROUND SCREENING
We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. Reasons for refusing service to, or removing, a Guest or any other individual include, but are not limited to: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance such that the individual is disturbing the peace; seeking to use the apartment for an unlawful purpose; seeking to bring into the apartment an unlawfully-possessed firearm or any item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroying, damaging, or defacing the Property or threatening harm to the Property, other guests, or residents of the Property; causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the apartment; or refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Company, including, without limitation, the House Rules and any published rules and regulations.

3: RIGHTS OF ACCESS

RIGHT OF ENTRY
Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Property Owner, Property Manager, Hosts, Maintenance, and other staff reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvements, as deemed necessary.

ACCESS
You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the apartment as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. If called upon, law enforcement will be granted immediate access.

KEYS / ACCESS CODES
Access codes and/or keys are issued to the registered Guest and work at the Check-in time. Failure to return these items at the time of your departure will result in a fee of $500 for each unreturned

My family ranging from teenager to 70 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this unique townhome. The stairs are a lot but worth it having a rooftop area and privacy of bedrooms on each level. The location is close to everything and I felt very safe. Leonard was a great host and communicated immediately when we had any questions.

Manhattan living

Our extended family (ranging from baby to grandma) stayed here for a week on holiday. It was the perfect launch pad for a New York experience! Very convenient to midtown, transit, restaurants. The house was easy to access (communicative host and clear procedures), clean, and exactly as advertised. Lots of stairs (a very NYC aspect of the building), so be aware. Good for a family or extended friend group (cost ends up equivalent to midtown hotel but with bonus of common rooms, kitchen etc.) Well furnished although could benefit from more seating in the living room and more coffee mugs in the kitchen, we loved it and hope to return someday!

Seven flights of stairs

The description was not clear that the property was six floors! We had an 85 year old and 71 year old and they struggled navigating the property. Also never ever ever had hot water. This was an expensive place in which to have such a disappointing experience. Location was great though.

Thanksgiving dinner in Murray Hill

It was very vertical but fabulous. Great location. Host was amazing. Perfect for our group who was looking for a common space to spend with family and close friends traveling from other places that wanted a true NYC experience. 20 minute walk to Central Park. 10 minute walk to Rockefeller Center. 25 minute walk to Broadway shows. 25 minute walk to Greenwich Village.

Excellent stay, Great Location, Unbelievable View

Stayed here for a few nights with some friends. The place is absolutely incredible, with some modern features and old-school charm. The rooftop and view truly do make you feel like you’re living a life of luxury. The manager was responsive and friendly, and check-in and check out was easy. Everything seemed pretty well kept, and the place has a lot of floors for people to space out and have their privacy if needed. It does have a lot of stairs, but that is to be expected in an old Manhattan building. I’ll hopefully be returning in the future.

Perfect in every way!

We booked this home to celebrate my bachelorette party! 8 of us girls fit comfortably! We enjoyed the layout and spacious living room. Everything was as it said in the listing and very clean. The location is the best part! Across the street from a coffee shop, a cool bar, and food options. The host was prompt and always available when needed. A lot of us have talked about wanting to come back a rent this home again. 10/10 recommend.
