Easy communication with management/owner. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Spacious shower with double sink in bathroom. Only approximately 10 minutes away from French quarter via trolley. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again in future.

Stay was ok. We had to sweep the floors, there was no hand towels, a/c kept throwing lint on the floor, no closet to hang clothes, no hand soap, went to go buy our own. If all you wanna do is shower and sleep, itworkd.

Pros :1- Short walk to the street cart2- Comfortable bed3- Nice bathroomCons: 1-Constant smell of weed 2-Drug deal happening in the drive way3-No wifi. I called the landlord and asked for details and was told he will send it but never did4-Poorly lit - uneven walkway to the unit - fall hazard

Nicely updated studio, completely modern. The host was very responsive. Easy access to everything with a great breakfast at the Ruby Slipper within walking distance and Whole Foods a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this for a couple or single and would book again, we had a great stay.

Perfect for a mini weekend stay. Property was very clean & located close to major sites. You do have to part along the street & my car ended up getting side swiped & I had to make a police report, so just be mindful when parking. Overall I enjoyed the home!

This was exactly what we wanted, a nice clean room in a location that was convenient to anything we wanted to do in NOLA. This was basically a hotel room with a nice bathroom for less money. Room was clean, AC was cold (in record heat), and shower was nice. Great place for a couple's weekend.

We enjoyed our stay - espacially because of the nice terasse. But also the apartment is just fine for two people. The bed is not the biggest but we knew beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. Everthing was clean and in good shape and the communication with the owner was perfect. Thank you :-)

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean/quiet, property manager was very responsive, and the location being close to everything with an 11min ride with Uber made it even more better. Great property. Overall it was a great stay. It could have been cleaner, I ended up just tidying the entire place before we left. It was in a convenient spot. One block from the streetcar. Comfy bed. I do wish there was a small bench or couch at the end of the bed to sit. We had to sit on the bed to eat which made me nervous! Great place if you are going to be out and about the entire time.

This was the perfect hideaway for 2. It was private and quiet. The mattress was a comfy memory foam. The room was very modern and clean. It was a great location, only a block away from a trolley that takes you to the heart of the French Quater. The Waffle House a block away was great too. I had a delicious fluffy waffle!
