I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and staff at your hotel. When I checked in, I was not welcomed warmly, and the staff was not helpful. When I checked out, I was not given a receipt, which has caused me future hassle. I would recommend that guests ask for receipts when checking out to avoid any misunderstandings. Also, be aware that you will have a hard time getting a hold of somebody at this location if you get charged wrongly.
Every single member of your staff that I came into contact with was rude and mean. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be staying at your hotel again.
