The fantastic villa with private pool has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them En-Suite. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons which can be used and in total up to 8 persons can be accommodated for large families. The price depends on the number of persons. The property is distributed over 2 floors and the plot is completely fenced.

On the entrance floor there is a spacious living room with access to the main terrace with barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet.

The big size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the lower floor. On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. All rooms facing to the terrace with access to the private pool with sun loungers.

The villa also offers another private terrace at the main entrance with seating area and parasol.

We can organize airport collection and you have the possibility to order a Welcome Pack if you arrive at a later time.

Great and comfortable family house

Fantastic house with many terraces so you always have the opportunity to sit in the sun or in the shade. Unobstructed views of trees and at a good distance from other apartments so a lot of privacy. Good beds and plenty of bedding and extra duvets. Children's crib neatly delivered on request. More than enough kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. In short, a very comfortable house where we had a very nice 6 weeks (February and March 2023) holiday. A larger frying pan would be useful. For a 6-8 person house, you miss such a pan to make a large amount of sauce for example.

Schönes geräumiges Haus Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste erneuert werden. Für die Winterzeit ist das Haus nicht geeignet (unendlich kalt )
