Great place close to everything!
We stayed 3 nights here. We did have our own car so it was very nice to have secure, covered parking. We did not walk to Broadway or anywhere while visiting since the weather was pretty chilly, but might have if it was warmer. The apartment was nice and clean, just as described. We would stay there again! It was very quiet too.

Great communication

Wonderful place

Fun first visit to Nashville
My family and I had a wonderful first visit. Close proximity to everything and good parking included in unit but noticed plenty of available street parking. McDougal’s a couple of blocks away is worth a stop, so good. We lucked out with a couple of really warm 80s days so early in April. Host was very kind and attentive, we were left alone and pretty self sufficient guests too.

Perfectly Acceptable
The property manager was quick to respond when I had questions, and brought us extra towels in a timely manner. It didn’t give the impression that it was super clean when we got there, but not dirty. I am picky, so I’d still give it about a 4 on cleanliness. There were some noisy people down the hall that came in at 2:30am and stayed yelling in the hall for 20 minutes until I told them to get out of the hall. Not the property’s fault, but maybe just a product of all the partying on Broadway I guess. Either way not much sleep was had that night. Overall a decent place, but not much is walkable from there, which didn’t matter to us as we were driving everywhere.

Stay here you won’t regret it.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Short Uber ride to all attractions in downtown Nashville. Person who owned the Vrbo was extremely quick with responding. the place itself has some really neat artwork plus it was set up to feel like a cozy home. If I could rate higher I would.

Great location and security
This apartment is in a great location with a short Uber ride to Broadway and access to great restaurants in Edgehill and WeHo. The gated parking garage was a plus for us and we appreciated the security codes to access the garage and building. The unit has an overall musty smell. The linens were fresh and the surfaces appeared to be wiped down. The baseboards and vents need a good cleaning as well as the mirrors, windows, handles and switch plates. The welcome email invites us to collect the trash, hang the towels, start the dishwasher and start the Roomba as we left. After staying there I am wondering the extent of the cleaning beyond these steps.

First timers
Our first time to Nashville and we Loved every minute. Location was great. If your group is good with a mile walk you are golden however line and bird scooters everywhere. This makes it a fun way to see the city. Place was perfect for two couples who were in and out. Host was very responsive and had lots of great tips of places to go

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Perfect location near the Gulch and downtown Nashville. The complex had a nice gas grill on the patio by the pool, but no grill tools to use- should’ve checked that out before we bought supplies to fix burgers- oops! Overall, a great spot to stay while exploring Nashville.

Nissan stadium visit
Perfect for our purpose. Very nice condo. Safe neighborhood. We went to a game at Nissan stadium and although we intended to take an uber back, we ended up walking, which ended up being just fine. Property manager was very responsive. Joyride tour company was right around the corner.
