Bon accueil, bon service, belle chambre et petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Mais 2 points négatifs : piscine avec une eau trouble et un robinet récalcitrant de la douche. Le prix reste un peu élevé compte tenu de l'ensemble des prestations. Cependant, le cadre est propice pour un séjour au calme.

This beautiful Château with its extensive park is surrounded by vineyards with wonderful views In every direction. It is well situated for visits to Carcassone, Le Somali, Minerve, and other gems in the area. Our modern, air-conditioned room (more like a studio apartment) included a well-stocked kitchenette with table and chairs, and there was a private outdoor terrace with table and chairs and two chaises longues. Breakfast, served outdoors when the weather permitted, was sumptuous. Patrick and Jean-Louis are wonderful hosts, very welcoming, and full of good ideas for interesting drives, places to visit, and good restaurants. We were very sorry to leave and wish we could have extended our visit. It is one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed in and we give it our highest recommendation.

What a pleasant surprise. Hotel is tucked away in the wine farm area around Ginestas. Easy to find with a GPS if you have your own transport. Beautiful countryside and a reasonable distance away for a day trip to Carcassone. It also took us just under 2 hours to the Blagnac airport in Toulouse. Friendly hosts, very comfortable room, free parking, good breakfast and swimming pool. There are good restaurants in the area for dinner. Opportunity to taste their wine as well. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Zeer aangename B&B op een prima locatie.

Zeer ruime en rustige kamer met een goed bed. 's Morgens aangenaam buiten genieten van een uitgebreid ontbijt met alles er op en er aan. Vriendelijke gastheren die u voldoende privacy geven. Een interessante locatie tussen Carcassonne, Narbonne en Béziers.

Très bien, mais ...

Propriété viticole avec chambres d'hôtes. Magnifique et immense bâtisse isolée (donc très calme) accessible par un chemin (caillouteux). Chambres spacieuses modernes, très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité pris en terrasse. Bref un séjour réussi. Accueil aimable qui aurait pu être plus chaleureux et tendance de nos hôtes à ne pas accepter les commentaires que j'ai pu faire (sur un autre site) bien que ceux-ci aient été courtois et se voulaient constructifs ou tout au moins informatifs pour les autres usagers (départ tardif impossible, absence de table d'hôtes, localisation difficile si le lieu-dit "Le Vergel" n'est pas entré dans le GPS …)

Relaxing Chateaux

The Chateaux and grounds are lovely and the rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our dip in the pool on a very hot day along with a cold bottle of the hosts Rose. Breakfast was real treat eaten in the shady courtyard. Fantastic, we will stay here again!

Nice enough place, better guest relations required

We booked a room here on Expedia to use as our base for visiting Le Somail and Carcassonne. We booked the room for 2 adults, but travelled with our 7 yo daughter who slept with us. On our arrival it became clear that this was a problem and the owner was summoned who informed us that we couldn’t all share 1 room for insurance purposes, even though this hadn’t been a problem at any of the other 4 hotels we stayed at on this trip. We were told we had to book another room or stay somewhere else (not an option as the room was prepaid), so with no real choice we ended up taking another room. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable, though taking heavy suitcases up and down a narrow spiral staircase was difficult. Breakfast was good, served outside the main accommodation. We checked out and left our bags, returning after visiting Carcassonne, when we asked if we could use the toilet we were informed that toilets were only in guest rooms and none were available to use, which we found unusual (and inconvenient!) for any hotel/B&B. This is a nice enough place, but our interactions with the owner show a need for better guest relations.
