Perfect family vacation

Clean and had everything we needed. Perfect size and the outside pool area was fabulous!! We’ve stayed in Naples Park 4 years now and this was by far the best we’ve experienced.

Holiday break with family

75th wedding anniversary

We had a wonderful time attending a 75th wedding anniversary with family. It was so nice to be able to stay together sine we come from all over the U.S.. We really enjoyed the property. It didn't disappoint. It was well appointed and extremely clean and organized. It would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2023

Wonderful stay in Naples! Everything from relaxing at the pool, walking to the beach, enjoying Naples - was a great vacation. The home was perfect - extremely clean, everything in working order, great communication with property manager. I'd go back tomorrow if I could!

Amaizing House

The house is wonderful, it has everything for the pool, the beach and to stay cooking. They allowed us to check in at 1:00 PM, thank you! and the Owner was very kind and understanding since the entire 98th Street was under repair and he allowed us to check out late and stay 1 more day. we will return without a doubt

Can’t wait to go back!

This house is amazing. When we entered there was soft music and great ambiance waiting for our arrival. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious and it is just as you see in the pictures. Plenty of attention to detail on the decor and very inviting to relax and enjoy your time off. Location also great, just a two minutes drive to the beach. My family and I had a great experience and I can sincerely recommend it.

Great home, short walk to beach

This is a super house. It is well decorated and has a modern feel to it. The backyard is great with a nice sized pool, a fire pit, and a cabana type structure with screens. The house is conveniently located to the beach (~1 mile away) as well as Publix and the Mercato development which has a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well.

Perfect April Vacation in Naples

Our family had a great time at the home, especially in the beautiful outdoor pool (we paid extra for it to be heated). It was a short walk to the beach (about 1 mile). Not far from the Ritz. Took a nice boat tour through Naples Boating nearby. The only negative was that there was a LOT of construction on street that the rental was on which we were not expecting and although it did not affect our stay directly, it was kind of annoying trying to get out of the street in either direction.

Great property

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was immaculate and very clean. The pool and garden were very relaxing and there were plenty of pool floats. The kitchen was well stocked and the bonus was realising the fridge was plumbed in with chilled/filtered water and an ice maker. We had an issue one evening with the keypad not working to open the door, but Taylor (Live Right) was just a phone call away and came quickly to let us in - the batteries just needed changed - after that we had no issues. There were road works outside during our stay as there are drainage works in the area - however, this didn’t affect our stay too much.

Beach Christmas

The property itself was clean and fully updated, but I am NOT use to the regiment of the check-in/out times. I received an email stating if I was 15 minutes early the alarm would go off, not a welcoming hello. Additionally, there were fees for several items (VRBO, cleaning, pool) also entering or leaving a little early or late, again not a friendly message!!

The Perfect Family Oasis

We vacationed in Naples for the first time and loved this house for our family. It had everything we needed and more for our young family. Our goal was to either be at the beach or in the pool . Both of those were accomplished happily here. The outdoor grill setup and table fire were great for dinners in and peaceful night caps after the kids went down. The pool lights were also a neat experience for the kiddos to add to the swimming experience. The house was super clean and all of the furnishings are really new. It felt like it was living in a new house. The pictures are exactly what you get. Live Right Vacations was the perfect host. Close enough to know they are they when you need something, but far enough away to make you feel like you owned the place. We cannot say enough greats things about our stay.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house and very well maintained. Very responsive host. Unfortunately we had to cut it short because of the hurricane. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my kids can’t wait to go back in November.
