This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage home is located just 3 blocks away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach (voted one of the top 10 in the country). The cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt and sand’ colors, with mostly Pottery Barn furniture. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a PRIVATE heated resort style pool and spa, a quiet fenced backyard a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops throughout as well as a screened lanai will leave you feeling right at home. It also delivers appealing amenities such as a flat-screen TV and high speed internet throughout the home. The sun deck features lounge chaises, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber charcoal grill.

Within a short stroll you will find great amenities at ‚The Mercato’ – an outstanding pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center with a dozen diverse eateries among them The Capital Grille, BRAVO!, McCormick & Schmick’s and over 20 upscale retailers. Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had an amazing stay. The home and pool/hot tub are as described. Easy beach access and all the amenities you need. Marion is very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. Would recommend to anyone coming to Naples for a visit!

Great Location and Pool

Property was as described in the listing. Walkable to Vanderbilt beach and included beach equipment. Pool and hot tub area more robust than other units we've stayed at over the last 5 years. Had an issue and the owner was very responsive. Plan on staying here again next year.

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays with our 5 month old baby and his parents. The cozy house was well suited for us with the baby supplies, pool/hot tub, and proximity to the beach. The host was responsive to any questions/concerns we had during our stay.

Great location to Ritz

We were attending a wedding at the Ritz over the weekend and this was a fantastic rental for the weekend. Easy access to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the home had lots of beach chairs and beach towels to make it easy.

Excellent house close to beach!

The place is as advertised . Pool area is great and the location is as good as you can get in Naples Park. Walk to restaurants on the beach (Ritz, Turtle Club, etc.) w/in half mile and then plenty others w/in a mile towards Mercato. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Paradise near the beach

Home is a pleasant walk to Vanderbilt beach. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. The pool and spa are like a backyard resort. Marion was a wonderful host and responded promptly to all of our questions. Even silly ones. We very much hope to stay here again.

Amazing cute house in a great location

One of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had renting, the property owner was super nice and helpful. The house was very cute, well furnished, and the pool/spa are perfect! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Perfect Getaway with a Responsive Host!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The garage had plenty of pool toys and beach gear, which made our time here even more enjoyable. Despite being close to neighbors, the pool area felt private and secluded. The host was super responsive and incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If we return to the area, we will definitely check to see if this place is available first!

Great Property

Very clean and enjoyable stay. Very close to the beach - easily walkable. The backyard pool was great and where we ended up spending most of our indoor time. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe to walk and run in.
