栄の駅から約10分ほど歩きました。コインランドリーがホテル内にあるのが助かりましたが台数が少ないので空いていないことも多かったです。コンビニもすぐ近くにあるのも良かったです。

部屋は綺麗で良かったと思います。駐車場は隣のパーキングにとめたのですが、せっかくホテルを安く泊まれたのに駐車場料金が高く、ホテルに駐車場があるか、サービス券のようなものが有ればもっとよかったかなと思います。

事前にチェックインが遅くなる旨、メールをしたら、すぐに返信がきて、安心しました。ビジネスホテルでは、当たり前？なのかもしれませんが、化粧をする、ちょうど良い鏡がありませんでしたが、大きな姿鏡が、入り口前に置いてあったので、そこを活用させて頂きました^ ^しつかりした鏡でよかったです。

新しくてキレイで若いホテル

アニメキャラクターがいてシニアミドルにはホテルとは気づくのに時間がかかりました(^ ^;) ツインはキレイなお部屋、浴室はシャワーのみでバスタブなし。天井シャワーがあって面白かったです。スタッフの方々にも親切に対応していただきました。

繁華街に位置していますがうるさいとかもなく快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応も非常に良く、チェックアウト時間の延長も快く受けて頂き、また延長料金もリーズナブルでしたので大満足のお部屋でした。また利用したく思いました。

Service après vente d’Hotels.com inacceptable

J’ai acheté le voyage sans option d’annulation. Cependant avec les restrictions de déplacements liées à la pandémie, j’ai dû annuler mon voyage et je m’attendais à une certaines souplesse dans l’application de cette règle. J’ai avec beaucoup de peine réussi à contacter Hôtels.com qui devaient contacter l’hôtel et me rappeler. Je n’ai eu aucun retour. Plus tard, j’ai reçu une offre pour canceler mon séjour, mais le délai pour s’en prévaloir était déjà échu malgré que j’aie réaliser la démarche dès que j’ai eu l’information. Je comprends le contexte et l’achalandage, mais ne pas donner suite à un engagement est inexcusable et faire miroiter u; remboursement impossible à obtenir l’est aussi.

清潔感、落ち着き度申し分ありません。

清潔感あって、部屋もこじんまりしていて、とてもゆったり出来て、嫌な感じの雰囲気がまったくないホテルです。私は、旅行に行っても熟睡出来なくなにか一人で泊まると怖いといった感じを受けますか、まったくそんなことみじんも感じないホテルで最高です。

コンパクトでスタイリッシュ

駅から少し離れていること、シャワーしかない、以外はコンパクトながら快適で素晴らしかったです。ナイトウェア、使い捨てスリッパ、緑茶ティーバッグ１つ、ポット、ヘアドライヤー冷蔵庫、などありました。館内スタイリッシュなデザイン海外のホテルの雰囲気がありながら名古屋のイメージも散りばめられたのが良かったです。名古屋滞在の時また利用したいです。
