Decent hotel and location even with renovations
Over all nice place and room was clean. There was no service for the rooms, garbage or towels unless requested. Also there was a lot of renovation work going on that was messy and a little noisy but not that big of a deal. Nice little town with basic services. Great spot for visiting south Bavaria at an economical price

When we book the place, it was not mentioned abt the renovation. Much later we received an email to inform us abt the renovation and therefore breakfast would not be available, which was fine with us as we didn’t plan to hv breakfast at the hotel. When we arrived, we were not able to use kettle, even spoon as they said due to renovation, kitchen is closed. They hv no common fridge for us to use. No air condition/ventilation and no fridge.

This property is under going major renovations and so much is missing, elevator is down, floors are torn up, no breakfast dusty and much crew around difficult to say what it will be like when done.

Property is under construction, therefore didn’t have options to eat breakfast. Elevator out of order due to construction. WiFi was offered but did not work in our room. We prepaid and felt we should have been offered a partial refund as the hotel was not what we had paid for as per the description. There is no air conditioning and I had to ask for a fan. Thank goodness this was in the write up regarding fans available as staff did not offer upon checkin.

Pros : - reasonable price, good value - easy access to the public transportation - supermarket on the ground floor Cons: - extremely unstable wifi inside the room, we were forced to stay close to the door to use internet - tv is not smart, no possibly to watch YouTube - despite I asked on the reception desk and put the green sign on the door, nobody came to remove our garbage and add coffee cups (we stayed for 5 nights) - no fridge - no microwave Not recommended for the long stays, too small for 3 people (third bed is not comfortable)

It was one of my worst experiences the person at the reception had a bad temper and at night no one in the hotel left all the staff left there is no air conditioning or fan

The hotel does not have a 24 hours reception, however we are around the clock reachable by phone. You can find our reception times at expedia, where you also are able to see that we don't have air conditioning in the standard rooms.

Cozy Stay
Very close to Unterhaching metro station almost 5 min walking, the area was really quite, greeny and classy. Penny Market is on the first floor of the hotel which is really convenient. Room was super cozy and clean amd stuff really helpful

Great Place to Stay in Munich
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is situated in a quiet part of the city of Munich (Unterhaching), which reminds me of a quiet well kept suburb with plenty of things nearby. There is a discount supermarket (Penny Market) on the first floor, a sauna and gym in the hotel and the S3 Bahn Subway/Railway station is about 300 meters away (Munich Central Station, Hauptbahnhof, is about 20 minutes away on the S3). You can even hear birds in the area in late March when you open windows. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in a lot earlier than normal check in time. The price was very reasonable. The room is spacious, clean, well kept, and the beds were very comfortable (we had three people). The wireless connection worked well and the TV had a variety of channels including English ones. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in Munich. The only issues we had are more personal preference or cultural difference ones, such as shower water pressure could have been better, and the pillows for the beds are interesting but workable (they consisted of one oversized square pillow that was made like a down comforter, and some small aircraft like pillows). We brought our own pillows because of neck issues and the combination worked great. The check in is on the second floor, so we suggest you get your room first, park in underground garage and bring luggage up in the elevator. Overall, this has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Nice hotel, just a bit of walk to SBahn
Good hotel, supermarket below, like the car garage option. The only thing to consider is the 500m to SBahn station. The rest is good, price even better.

It is a very strangely set up hotel. Lobby is on second floor and must use stairs to get there with bags. Tiny elevator busy most of time. Could not make international phone call because staff was ignorant about digit codes so call would not go through. Our room was located in a connecting annex that had a ramp we had to walk through every time we wanted to go outside the hotel. Nightmarish setup. Very confusing overall.

Good place to stay on the outskirts of Munich
We used this as a "less expensive" place to stay while visiting Munich and Oktoberfest. It's a nice place, with a good (but a bit pricey) breakfast, a short walk to the train to get into central Munich and/or Oktoberfest park. Several restaurants in the area (GOOD Greek place a few steps away). We would stay here again.
