Clerk wanted to stick us in a room where the door would not shut. Hallways seemed like old grease in a fryer and moldy. The lamp in the room was spliced together with duck tape seems very unsafe only noticed since it was not even plugged in. There was coffee still in the pot from the prior person in the room. Bathroom sink drained very slow. The whole property was gross and I would have left if the town had any other hotels to book. I was there for my daughter’s graduation so there was no other choice. I have stayed at other red roof inns and they were so much better. I would be ashamed to have this hotel in my chain.

The pool wasn't open and it said it had a pool, said the serve breakfast and it's a small package of 5 mini doughnuts. I rented a jetted tub room and it was filthy dirty. They wouldn't change my rooms. Then the fire alarm went off. The worker told me it's a false alarm and gave me a spare key to get back in my room. Then the fire department came beating on the door. They told me to leave. So I began to walk and not stop.. I asked him if it's really a fire. He said rudely "get the F××× out" mind u I never quit walking. I politely said I am. While I was walking I said they told me it's a false alarm, is it not?" I wanted to know if my life was in danger while I was walking out. Mind u I'm handicap and walk with a bad limp and hunched over but I never stopped walking not one step and this rude smart mouth fire fighter said "I told u f leave" that's when I looked at him and never stopped walking and said did I stop walking?, did I stop? So shut up telling me to leave when I never stopped leaving from the first time u told me smart A××. I was so mad, offended and I wasn't allowed to get a refund and leave that night and just drive through and all I got is a $50 credit on my next stay somewhere else. They tried only giving me $25 after being treated like a criminal and a piece of trash. Plus the blankets are thin as can be and then state police kept u awake from searching for other ppl. I will never stay there again..

When I checked in the lady told me the bathroom was new. Then she said she had to show me how to get in the door. You had to slam the door because it was not level. Stayed in room 113. Shower rod was broke so when you put up the curtain it stayed in the middle of the rod and would not close. The caulking in the tub was also pealing. Breakfast at 8:15 am was bread with no butter or jelly and apples. I asked about the breakfast and was told there was yogurt she would put out. She also put out packs of white powdered donuts. That was it. Don’t know why we do these surveys because nothing is ever done. You never get compensated and nothing changes at the motel. They do what they want and charge outrageous prices.

I wouldn't stay in this filthy hotel again if you gave me a free room and paid me to stay in it. The whole place smells musty and dingy then the lady in charge forced her way into my room and proceeded to video my naked wife with her cell phone and then threatened to fight my wife and cussed a blue streak. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen. The cops told us it has the worst reputation in town.

Don’t stay at Red Roof Inn
When I arrived in the hotel room the blankets, pillows, and sheets were all over the floor, last occupants trash filled the trash cans and was on table. All I had to sleep with was one pillow and a sheet still on the bed. And I promise you Red Roof Inn DOES NOT CARE! They will not help you in anyway. Do not stay at here!

The mattresses were broken down. There were reddish brown stains on the linens. There was only one bath towel in a room meant for two people, and there were yellow stains on that one. The peep hole cover was gone and the hole plugged with toilet paper. The microwave didn’t work. The WiFi worked (poorly) for maybe an hour and then not at all for my entire stay. There was no way to turn down the shower temperature, so the water was too hot to stand in. If I could offer any advice, it would be to not stay here. The price certain doesn’t justify the conditions.

Roaches the jetted tub was nasty dirty missing tile. Burnt wholes on the comforter couldn’t get the door key to work. Was moved to another room which had more Roaches.

The dresser drawers had food in them from previous guest. Ketchup on walls, roaches, no remote, no cord on phone. It wax the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could get my money back, I would.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
The actual hotel was very run down. Stains lined the hallway carpets and mold seemed to drip from the ceilings. Security is a huge concern because outside doors had broken key card locks so access was open to anyone. Door locks were hanging off and the door to the furnace room was completely off the hinges and leaned against the interior wall exposing the room. Deplorable smell of dog in our room. Only 1 set of towels and no toiletries were provided for our double occupancy 2 queen bed room. We were missing: smoke detector, wall mounted hair dryer, hangers, iron, 'do not disturb' door hanger. Not that that mattered much because the room wasn't serviced during our 2 day stay. Breakfast consisted of packaged donuts or packaged mini muffins and coffee only. No juice or tea and not restocked so wasn't always even available.

Only reason I give 2 stars is staff was nice , the property is in bad shape, first room no remote hole in wall , no towels, door at one time been kicked in , commode was stop up , sent me to new room , not much better, cockroach in bath room and mold around bottom of shower. But you get what you pay for I been told .

Worst Hotel Ever
Let me preface by stating that the two women who checked us in were very professional, efficient and friendly!!! The even helped us with our bags. Other than that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was filthy, the room smelled of mole, the pool was closed even though they still advertised it in the front parking lot, the ice machine was broken, the TV did not work. Fortunately the maintenance man fixed the TV. This was really sad because we have stayed in Red Roof Inns before and found them quite nice. I really feel sorry for the staff who work at this awful hotel.

I could not stay at the property at took pictures of conditions I would not have believed if I had not seen. Fire alarm ripped out of the ceiling, wires exposed. Friendly check in. No mirror in the bathroom and spackling on the bathroom walls. Looked like they were working on the room. Only 1 set of towels in a room with 2 Q beds. Only sheets with 1 thin cover on the beds. No quilt. Had to turn on the heater in June in the South. In the morning, coffee was set up but no breakfast at 8 am on a Thursday. Saw a cockroach on the wall while we were packing up to check out of our room. EW!!! Third fail for me on a Red Roof. Last chance at me ever stayin at one.

Never again!!
I would not recommend this location. Our room had a hole in the wall, missing alarms, the phone was missing buttons, tile was off the bathroom area and just sitting in the floor. We was not able to use the mini fridge due to an odor that made us want to throw up. I reported it to the staff and they said they would come change it but never did.
