Me gusto el servicio de restaurante los meseros amables y servíciales. No me gusto la pobre limpieza y fallas en el aire acondicionado así como no agua caliente. Gracias a la gerente por escuchar mis opiniones y muchas gracias al sr. Piña por su obsequio y bonita carta

The ac didn’t work and the electrical outlets and lights didn’t work either. The night attendants didn’t speak English. I would have expected holiday inn to have bilingual staff on each shift.

Beautiful hotel! Had very nice complimentary breakfast buffet in the central hotel courtyard. Nice view from our room. Unfortunately, there's train tracks across the street from the hotel and the train blew its whistle every time it went by--a few times both during the day and in the middle of the night. And it didn't just blow the whistle once but several times.

The service at the kitchen was wonderfull the waitress was very helpful all the time and the food was the normal but buffet so it’s ok but other than that room was terrible No AC everything looks like old.

Awful check in !!
Checking was awful, way too slow and had to wait until 4pm to get my room. Worst part wad they forgot about me!! I had ti ask them an hour later and they could not find the paperwork even tho I wss already checked in but ni room available!!! Terrible service!! Parking was very limited!!

El desayuno fatal!! Dijeron que era hasta las 10:30 y para las 10 ya no había nada, no meseros, platos, vasos, etc
