部屋はバス、トイレ含めてピカピカで快適なんですが、ボディーシャンプーはボトルに少ししかなく、フロントまでもらいに行ったり、タオル類が２人なのに１セット１人分しか部屋になくもらいに行ったり、アメニティが不十分。アパートメントといっても以前同じ系列の別の場所を利用した時は問題なかったのに。あと、コインランドリーの利用時間が短くて不便。

カジノから距離は近いアパートメントホテル
カジノスクエアから距離は近いです。 しかし坂を登ったところに立地していますので、 カジノスクエアから帰る時は坂がきつかったです。 その分高台にあり、今回部屋も6階だった為眺めは良かったです。 部屋も簡素で古さはありますが、部屋も広く清掃状態も良かったです。

モンテカルロ中心部に徒歩圏内　ホテルというよりレジデンス
ニースから深夜にタクシーで到着したのも関わらず、フロントに男性がいてスムーズにチェックインできました。４階の部屋はエレベーターのすぐ脇で、施設は古いものの、清潔感は保たれていました。リビングに大きなソファが二つ。ベッドルームは分かれていて、１人の出張では十分すぎる広さ。ぐっすり熟睡できました。近くにインド系の食料品店があり、１．５Ｌのミネラルウォーターが０．５ユーロ。しょうゆやカップラーメンなど日本食も置いていました。リーズナブルなインドレストラン、ポルトガルレストラン、ファーマシーもあり、ロケーションはいい。カジノにも歩いて１０分。

マルシェ等が近い長期滞在型ホテル
このホテルがある住所はフランス、道を挟んだ向こうがモナコというロケーション（後で気づいた）。　でも10分位でカジノに行けるのでロケーションと値段を考えたらリーズナブル。　帰りは昇りなのでちょっと疲れるが10分位だから問題なし。　裏には毎朝マルシェが開いていて便利、更に冷凍食専門の店もありここで色々買うと本格的なフランス料理が楽しめる。　５分位の所にアジア系の店があり日本のラーメンや米も買える。　部屋はタイル張りでホテルとは違うが広さも十分。キッチン、食器、鍋、フライパン、電子レンジもあり一通りの食事は作れる。ホテルの回りの道は狭く、坂が多いが、慣れれば大丈夫。　駐車場はホテルの裏の駐車場でホテル専用のスペースがあり余程混んでなければ停められるかな？ホテルには近道でアクセス可能。

快適なホテルです。ちょっと動線が長いのが気になりますが、運動だと思えば。 周りに市場もあり、買い物にも便利。日曜でもパン屋さんと総菜屋さんがあるので、最低限の生活も保障

Un studio très confortable, grand et très bien aménagé. Une grande salle de bain, un lit impeccable et une cuisine très bien pensée. Rien à dire sur la propreté, c'est nickel. Le personnel est sympathique, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Seul point à améliorer, il n'y a pas de vérification des personnes qui entrent afin de savoir si elles résident dans cet immeuble.

This hotel was not good at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Starting off with the staff, they were rude the whole time. They charged us for breakfast when we very clearly asked the worker if it costs money and she said no! 60€ for a below average breakfast was not it. Everywhere in the hotel smelled weird, the halls and elevator always had a nasty smell and even our towels didn’t smell clean. The ac barely works. And the pool also is not what it looks like in the pictures. It’s very dirty and seems like it is not cleaned correctly. I would highly recommend you to avoid staying here!!!!

Great sized room for a large family and the pool was definitely needed in the hot weather though is smaller than we thought from the picture. Tiles were coming loose in the bathroom and whilst there was a kettle no tea bags or milk were provided. Still we loved our stay there.

I booked this hotel over six months ago. After training into Monaco from Nice we realized it was very difficult to find taxis and Ubers to get us to our hotel. We walked 30 minutes along the narrow and steep streets of Monaco with our suitcases. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us they did not have any room for us. They asked if we received the email they sent only an hour ago with the information regarding room availability. The staff said we will have to stay at their other location all the way back next to the train station we just came from. After asking for a taxi over to the other hotel, staff refused to call one. Long story short, we arrived at the other hotel dripping in sweat with hurting bodies and feet from the wall. The staff at Aparthotel didn’t do anything to help this very poorly handled situation. Me and my family are very disappointed and disgusted with what happened to us. Due to not getting any help nor compensation, I will not being staying at any Aparthotel location and will let everyone I know what happened to me.

The YOUNG gentleman who checked me in on 5/29 at 8pm was not helpful. I drove there so I had to park in the public parking garage. He gave me no instructions at all. He did not offer for me to leave my bags, so I had to lug my bags from the car. When I came back to the hotel, I had found that due to his lack of instruction. I parked in the wrong area. There’s specific parking for the hotel, and he did not tell me that. It was obvious he could not care less because he was just getting off his shift and wanted to rush. The next gentleman was much more helpful an older late 40s early 50s gentlemen.

Good location, overall ok but not amazing
Good location. Be mindful that you need to CLEAN the room before checkout. This was an unpleasant surprise for us. You need to clean up the kitchen, turn on dishwasher, remove all of the bed linens etc. If you are staying there for less than 7 days then there is no cleaning service. Furthermore you dont get new towels, this is subject to a fee.
