Featuring spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the sienna cliffs of the Moab Rim, with the serenity of an alfalfa field looking south from the living room picture window.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Great location and beautiful views!

This was a great house to stay in for my family while we explored Moab and the national parks. Quiet neighborhood right outside of town, beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, great patio to have your morning coffee. Jeff was a great host and made check in and check out super easy and convenient. Overall great experience!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.

Great spot for Moab area adventures!

Perfect location, far enough from the center of town to feel like you're in the country but just minutes from the fun of Moab's main tourist stuff. Best of both worlds. Spotless and very comfortable condo, great patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation with all the amenities needed. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while enjoying the area. We will be back for sure!

Quiet and relaxing stay

We stayed here celebrating the New Year. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was top notch for working remotely and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to be able to put both vehicles in the garage during the storms and cold temps.

We really enjoyed our stay We did notice what looked like some dog or cat hair on the pillows on the couch I thought I rented a pet free place But over all the condo was very clean /very nice we were very happy with it!

Excellent clean well laid out house

We had a great stay, working remotely from the house. The WiFi was fast and I appreciated the coffee machine! Great views around the development and 10-20 mins from excellent hiking and national parks. Would recommend for other nomadic workers.

October Family Reunion

Only issue was overall cleanliness. Lots of flies, and spiderwebs on top of walls and ceiling. Master bedroom has very distinct pet odor/dog urine.. otherwise we enjoyed our few days

Atmosphere of beauty and peaceful!

My parents are in their 90's years young but enjoyed being at this beautiful townhome, they enjoyed the roominess of all the rooms by having easy access to get around. They also enjoyed the fireplace. Thank You!

Quiet and well stocked with necessities

Very quiet neighborhood, minimal traffic. Rooms are large. Our kids enjoyed each having their own king sized bed. Furniture was comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries. Towels were provided for the neighborhood pool. You are allowed to park in the garage, which is nice.

When booking I tried to get a location where we were not on any main roads. This place was in the perfect location! Condo was clean!! I thought it was odd that there was no lock on the master bedroom door. We were over all happy with the stay. I would recommend this place!

Perfect home base for great adventure.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter trip. This property was exceptional. Very clean and well-stocked. The owner even left a discount card for the local grocery store. We particularly appreciated the ice maker in the freezer to keep water cold for our hikes. The location is ideal just outside of town. It is in a condo complex but this unit feels very private with its location within the complex and has an awesome view. We could not ask for anything better!

Excellent accommodations

Raven's Retreat was everything we needed. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, the decor was so pleasing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and late night snacks.Use of the garage was a welcome treat for the rainy days we had. The location is quiet with beautiful views. Away from downtown, but only a short drive to everything you want to see and do. Would stay there again without hesitation. Thank you for making our trip to Moab so comfortable.
