This location was ideal! Within walking distance of many points and places of interest. Overlooking the lake. One of the cleanest and friendliest hotels we've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this location!

Thank you Pamela for your review. I am sorry you thought I was snapping at you at check in. That was not my intentions. Our 3:00 check in is firm due to staff shortages. When girls are doing 18 rooms a day, it hard for them to get all the reserved rooms done and if We at the front desk are continuously running to them and stopping what their doing to run to another room it makes it even harder for them I am sorry. Thank you for letting me know.Thank you

It was great we could bring a dog, staff was friendly. However, our room had lights from outside shining in with no way to block out. Also door had gaps where light could get through which the dog would bark because he could see shadows and hear people in the hallway.

When they put the curtains up they didn't adjust properly and we have been short staff and are trying to get to them to fix. I will have maintenance see if he can adjust door. I am sorry. They could of moved you to another room or had maintenance check to see what was going on to fix it? I will have the check all the rooms to see what door is not painted. I am sorry. We are short staff and most of my staff is doing double duties and multiple job. Again I am sorry. Thank you for letting me know.

Great place to stay
Front desk staff were great and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the lady that took care of the breakfast room was friendly and very informative regarding other attractions in the area.

Overnight trip with 4 of our children. The room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The hotel is older, floors a little squishy in spots, the doors very sticky BUT that was part of the charm as well. Loved the closet spaces, we didn't have to trip over our luggage and bags. Walls were somewhat freshly painted, room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff friendly. Pool area was well kept and clean, which seems to be harder to come by these days. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area to explore more.

We enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast each day, it was very good. Staff at hotel were quite friendly. One thing though, I didn't have a hair dryer in my room and called down to the front desk. They were'nt able to help me. Very disappointed. There was a funny smell in bathroom, and I think it might be they need a new shower curtain. . Also, I didn't think the mattress was very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly also. We did enjoy our stay.

Thank you Donna, Blow dryers are located in the closet in a black bag. They usually hang them near the Iron board. I am sorry that my staff didn't acknowledge that or let you know. I will look to see who was on when you called down. The mattresses are brand new. We just purchased 2 months ago. I am sorry. Thank you for letting me know. I will check on what is smelling in room. Shower curtains are change every day. Thank you.

The room hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in after 4;00 and cleaning crew had gone home and no one could clean the room. The whole complex looked tired and the property is at least 40 years old. 0ver $200 a Night,

Great Stay
The hotel and pool are in really good condition. You can tell the building has been around for a while due to the layout of the room, but the up-keep and general conditions were great. Staff was really nice, location was ideal!

We had a 3 night stay and everything about the motel was better than we ever expected. We had a beautiful view of the lake which must have been an upgrade because we had booked a room with a partial view. It was a short walk to downtown and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious for two and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was limited, small parking lot. I booked a room with a lake view but didn’t get any view (roof of pool area outside our window). Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was adequate for what we needed for the weekend
