Stay away!! Our reservation got cancelled hours before our arrival, leaving us desperately looking for a place to stay and I was with my mom and my son which made things more difficult. We didn't receive a message from Jacopo, we were informed that the reservation was cancelled when we contacted him for check in details and then he proceeded to cancel and refund the booking and he even blame VRBO. I tried to get help from VRBO, but they never got back to me. Worst experience ever!!
