Tiny rooms, no room to unpack a suitcase or desk area to put items. no privacy in the bathroom, the toilet was literally 2 feet from the bed. No sound insulation from the halls, very noisy all night

We had a great time, the pool party is super fun everyday. The beach club is 5 blocks away so isn’t super convenient to use the included chairs. Also there aren’t any areas to lay around the pool which was kind of bizarre. Awful location if you’re looking for a relaxing pool/beach trip but fantastic location for nightlife and great restaurants.

My room was a hot box. The manager Joel was a great help and tried to accommodate us. After switching rooms with didn’t want to pack up and move again. The beds are also low but soft. I wasn’t suppose to pay for the resort fee. Because of the ac situation but they still charge me for it. I really enjoyed the pool parties they had.

The room was dirty, the bathroom hot and cold knobs on the sink were difficult to turn on, molding peeling off, painting the ceiling peeling off, bed closest to window was horrible, homeless people allowed to hang on deck and table and chairs out front, room was advertised with photos, but grossly misleading versus reality.

Not the best idea of vacation at this property. Rooms were smelly and hallways were noisy with young adults running back and forth. Not a great stay for us.

Definitely a party hotel. Rooms are very small with basics only - no mini fridge, no microwave, tiny closet, no dresser, no counter space for anything, no carpet on floors. There is a small safe in the closet. Rooms were noisy even though I was on the fourth floor. The hotel didn’t seem fully staffed. Front desk not always present. If you’re looking for a party vibe and incredibly basic amenities, this is the place, but otherwise not the best option for most travelers. The hotel’s proximity to the beach is great but you have to walk a half mile to use the hotels beach chairs (and you pay extra for an umbrella). Hotel is centrally located to bars and nightlife but it makes it hard to get a car because of traffic and pedestrians. As two female travelers it felt a little unsafe even sitting outside the hotel at night because of the pedestrians.

My stay was cool but I’m giving this rating because this hotel charged me more than the rate that was listed in when I booked through this site. They have hidden fees, they charged 2 room taxes in addition to 34 resort fee. One of them I was not aware of, had I know this I would have stayed at another hotel. When asked about it the property manager had no explaination and said no refund I would not stay here again. To me they stole my money

While the amenities for this property are very good (dining/bars surrounding the hotel) the room was HORRIBLE! The Visibly stained bedding was absolutely disgusting! I will not be staying here again

Such a disappointment!! From walking in lobby to a very unhappy lady I was a little nervous. The guy at desk was very friendly though. Then when we waited an extra hour past our check in time because our room wasn’t ready we got to the room and when looking around was disgusted with what we saw. The corner of bed sheet looked like someone had puked in it.There was curly hairs on the bed and a bunch of little black dots. The base of the bed was also filthy and that was enough to know there was no way possible we could sleep here!

Staff were not very helpful and cleaning was an issue. I spent 6 nights. Every morning at 8:15am I would get a wake up call which I never requested (I was on Vacation) and upon requesting it on the reception they never believed me and said I should change the settings. Housekeeping only emptied trash cans when I requested and never gave us more supplies such as soap - only after I requested on the 4th day. Front desk personnel unfriendly and unwilling to assist. Pool are with awful service - always long wait even when it’s not crowded.

One huge mistake that I made by choosing this property is watching and listening to the hype on Youtube about this place. Here are the good qualities this property has...Very convenient location on South Beach and very walkable, beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, staff is very friendly and professional, Love the rooftop terrace that has tremendous views of South Beach and they also give you two free bottles of water daily which I think is a nice touch. Now the low points and negatives...In the bathroom the sink fixtures are very wobbly and are not secured down on the surface of the vanity, no fridge, no ice bucket or ice machine on property. When you walk the hallways, there is a smell and I mean it's not a bad smell but it's not really pleasant either. Also, I was talking to another guest of the property and I was told by this guest that when they arrived and checked in the day before I did, they had witnessed some people selling drugs on the front doorstep going into the lobby. And last but not least let me talk about the onsite sports bar they have called KUSH. Food is very overpriced and not that good. I go back another night and was going to have some drinks outside and could not even get a server to my table in fifteen minutes of waiting. This place is a wannabe, Hooters. The only high point about this place is the scenery in there was nice but other than that...Avoid this place like the plaque. South Beach has better options.

When we arrived to our room the sheets was dirty with what appears to be blood or make up. Towels wasn't clean. We paid for a VIP room on the 5th floor beach view but was transferred to the 2nd because the other room was clean properly

The rooms were small but clean and staff were amazing. They answered questions and were accommodating. The location of the hotel was the best part. It was convenient to enjoy many activities from the beach, to dancing and eating meals. Overall, really enjoyed the short stay and would come back.
