What an amazing stay. Everything was great. The host called me before check in to explain checking in. When I arrived, I called the doorman who let me in and gave me keys. I waited in a bedroom of the apartment while the cleaning staff cleaned. I waited about 30 mins. After they left, I inspected the apartment and everything was great. A downside is that traffic sometimes made it hard to watch tv. But at bedtime, the neighborhood is silent. There are so many options for food, drink, shopping, and dinner walking distance as well as the convenience of Ubers and public transportation. Recommended!

Mixed feelings.

Very confusing check in.. Wrong information. But got it sorted. Once in the apartment was very dirty , not clean , bathroom , couch and pots and pans. Was fixed however not ideal for check in. Host brought items which was nice..... But found out that we had to change the washermachine out completely. Was sent to other rooms to wash my clothes but not cold water. But agiain fixed. The wifi didn't really work in the bed rooms. But never told the host. On my second to last day , had no water. However got fixed. I do love the doorman and the location. Aprt. 803 needs some love but saw some other apartments that looked super updated , clean , overall mixed reviews for me. Again everything got fixed but just frustrated that it was something and something there.

Hola, me gustó la propiedad en principio; sin embargo tuvimos ruido durante todas las noches, ya que en la habitación contigua, se oían gritos, golpes en las paredes y movían muchas cosas durante las cinco noches. Esto, sumado con el ruido de la avenida Baja California, no nos dejó descansar bien. Las ventanas no son antiruidos y necesitan reparación. El lavamanos del cuarto principal no funciona correctamente y para mí desgracia, nos tocaron sábanas manchadas. Las camas y el.sofa cama sin muy ruidosas.

No me volvería a hospedar

El departamento es amplio y está bien ubicado, pero es imposible dormir, abajo hay un gimnasio y desde las 7 am hasta las 10 pm, hay un ruidero de baile. Absolutamente todo se escucha. Desde que llegamos estábamos invadidos por hormigas por todo el departamento. Lo positivo fue la comunicación con el administrador es excelente. Pero si deben tener más atención en la limpieza.

Es una estancia para una pareja con 2 niños pequeños, ni de chiste para 5 personas como lo ofrecen, el sofá cama es un futon , es muy ruidoso y tiene muchos detalles de Mtto y funcionalidad. El administrador muy atento a la llegada y el personal de recepción también pero no me volvería a quedar ahí .

Buena comunicacion. El baño en la regadera mo tenia un solo espacio para poner jabon o shampoo. La recamara principal da. A un pasillo con luces que prenden y apagan toda la noche, no hay blackout.

Did not know that information regarding entrance to the property was going to be on Whatsapp. I have since found out that everyone in Mexico uses whatsapp, but I this was new me as a senior american. I think it would be helpful to communicate to look at whatsapp in the confirmation details. Octavio the onsite person was excellent once I new where to look for entrance info. Octavio was extremely prompt in replying to any questions I had. The door man could not have been nicer. We did find the apartment loud due to traffic noise. This is a convenient location and having three people in two bedroom/bath apartment sure beats 3-people in one-hotel room. Feel safe in renting the apartment.

Excelente alojamiento

La experiencia fue muy agradable, en cuanto a la limpieza fue excelente y muy atentos con la higiene; del internet que ofrece el lugar es bueno, el detalle fue que no me pudieron otorgar la contraseña de la red. Los utencilios de cocina eran nuevos, el edificio es bastante seguro y en un entorno agradable.
